Was a cozy little restaurant inside of the Viv hotel. Food was good. Wait staff were very attentive and honest about kitchen situations. Will eat here

So the food was good, not great and not terrible. A few of the items were a little too salty, and that's coming from my husband who uses way too much salt. I think this restaurant has a lot of potential and should work on their menu in order to justify their prices. However, I will say the cocktails are amazing! My husband likes an NA beer from time to time and they didn't have any on hand, which is surprising but hopefully the restaurant will consider in the future.

Had low expectations for the free/included breakfast from the Viv hotel. Included food options well exceeded expectations. Avocado toast was very large and filling. Husband got huevos rancheros which he enjoyed.

The hostess was very nice, the food was excellent, great ambiance, and was very prompt. Our server was excellent- friendly, quick and brought everything - condiments and the like- before we asked. We will be back!

Food was good. Servers were consistently great- kind, thoughtful, efficient. Unlike the wonderful wait staff, the hostess was remarkably unwelcoming, stone-face & mildly rude three mornings in a row. Her behavior was notable by other guests too who had similarly cold treatment by the host.

Reduce your expectations We ate a late lunch. The causal vibe of the restaurant is nice but the reality of teen travel teams running around unsupervised took away from the ambiance. Chaperones were enjoying their drinks and pretty checked out.Service was friendly. Timing of service was slow. We were the only active guests in the restaurant and it took more than 10mins from the time we were seated for the single server to come over. It appears the server is also tasked with the pool area for drinks. We ordered tacos and the kitchen took about 20mins to get those out.Tacos were street style but with only one corn tortilla under each--this means they fall apart and you are eating them with a fork.We were guests at the hotel and had a food credit to use otherwise we would not have chosen to eat there.

The food was terrible, the server took forever to come to our table, the guac had zero flavor, barely any salt. The steak was absolutely awful with zero flavor. Would not recommend anyone to dine there. Only thing good was the drinks.

I am staying at the Viv and purchased a stay with breakfast for two in advance, which costs $45 per night. First of all, the options for breakfast are extremely limited. I had breakfast by myself as my husband attended a conference most days and didn’t have time for breakfast. I used the vouchers I received and basically threw away one entree and one drink each day I ate alone. They still tried to charge me for a few things that were added to my eggs (spinach, onions mushroom and cheese) even though I had the right to have two entrees but only always ordered one. The one day my husband had breakfast with me and we got two breakfast items we were treated like beggars who came to the restaurant. Service was awful…everything that should come to your table (like butter and jam for toast, ketchup for potatoes we had to ask for and jam was never brought out).I mean, I wasn’t eating for free, I paid for this before I even got here. The staff including the lady at the front stand is incredibly unfriendly and looks like they don’t want to be here. Definitely not paying the extra $45 for breakfast next time. I could have had better breakfast and better service anywhere else for less than $45.

While staying at The Viv, we decided to order breakfast from here. It didn't take that long but we really felt it lacked flavor. We also thought this was a form of room service but they charge to deliver to the room. I ended up having to come back down because they forgot something. The lady was very nice with helping me though. From what I could see, pretty big restaurant.

Both food and drinks were decent. I had the tacos, salad and flatbread pizza. Nothing spectacular about the menu. Not many people in the restaurant which is a reflection of the food and quality. This met the basic standard for a meal, but nothing spectacular. Grade C to C- because the food standard is NOT equal to the hotel ambiance.

Seems like the experience here at Valencia's is very mixed. Our experience with the employees was very good and the food was tasty. There are a lot of kids here, but that is to be expected when the hotel is only a couple miles away from Disney and it caters to Disney guests. The lobby has Disney decorations all over and our kids had a great time looking at everything. We had the free breakfast provided through our status with Marriott so I can't comment on the price. but would have been happy to pay for the meal we ate.

The Valencia restaurant is very good. We had the steak loaded nachos for an appetizer, then had the roasted chicken as the main entree. We had churros for bdessert. Yummy! I love the cocktails! Dante was an amazing waiter! Great with kids!

We visited this restaurant 4 times during our stay, each time hoping it'd been off day or isolated instance. This place has ZERO service standards. Other than the majority of the servers literally being dark haired females with poor attitudes, I can't see that any other metric is being used in their employment. Either the host staff doesn't have any idea how to seat a room, or the wait staff is so petty they openly argue over who's taking which tables. They also seated us and our toddler, not once but twice at barstool seating, which is not only inconvenient but dangerous and shows a lack of care. There were PLENTY of other options, which I'll point out by attaching a picture of ALL the unused tables. No one looks happy to be here, which is an attitude that clearly has spread to the kitchen because the food is mediocre at best. Again, we tried over half the menu, hoping to find somewhere they might shine. Most items are bland and unexciting to the palate. Go ahead and skip the Guacamole & Chips it's laughable. The Garlic Fried Rice is odd, but not horrible. The flatbreads were all uncooked in the center and lacked any level of sophistication. Nothing on the breakfast menu would bring us back in, however the Huevos Rancheros were the most apetizing option, with the pancakes being a too close second. Skip anything with the breakfast potatoes they were gross and cold both mornings. Also, avoid ordering iced coffee. It was hot coffee poured over ice, which, as much as I appreciated the effort... is not the same thing and is too diluted to be delicious. This is a one star review, up until now......but DANTE earned them back a star all on his own, and if I was writing this purely based on his service and ability to connect with a table (that wasn't even his) he'd get 5 stars. We watched as he bussed other servers tables and helped out where he was needed. Thank you Dante (Nic) for chatting with my children, for sending them over ice cream when you noticed their meal was inedible, and for being the only individual to make us feel seen and welcome at this restaurant.
