Flame Broiler

In my experience I did not like the meat, it was very chewy, it seemed overheated and tasteless.

Worst flame broiler there don't give anything extra like hot sauce and stuff , they think they saving money this way buuuuuu

For some reason this place either closes earlier than the posted time or they're just not open. Hoours may be posted but they often close earlier. Not reliable.

This store should be inspected by corporate. Ordered half and half and nothing was edible. Rice was hard and dry. Chicken was hard as a rock and beef couldn’t even chew on it. Waste of money or food that was not edible.

Getting an extra sauce is like pulling teeth and guy gives serious attitude over it. Not like all Flame Broilers used to have sauce pumps or anything. I'll spend the time to drive to another location. Not going back. I don't need to be given attitude over asking for an extra sauce. That's insane.

Not sure what happened but service has been horrible. The manager didn’t like the fact that I asked for 1 extra sauce?

Idk what people are talking about, I really enjoyed the food. Chicken was tasty and rice was good. Definitely one of the better flame broilers. Yes the owner is a little cold, but that is his culture I guess.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not because of the food but the man in charge or whom ever he is he is rude and cheap. I asked for three sauces and he gave me so much attitude and said I can only give you two because of some “new” policy! just so much unnecessary attitude.

I love flame. But location is very cheap with there products. Chicken very dry. And the sauces and hot sauces are half filled cups plus gave attitude when asked for more hot sauces. Last time im going there.

It was my first time to try Flame Broiler. I ordered a half-half bowl with vegetable and white rice. The price was reasonable, but the meat were dry and the rice did not taste fresh.

I'm not a huge fan of this chain. Average food with average prices
