Flame Broiler

I was parked about to order here but after seeing 3 stars and the bad reviews I decided to pass and give a 1 star just for the horror stories I’m reading here, thanks for saving my hard earned money from this spot

The poor guy in the back he looks miserable because it’s so hot in there. I feel bad for him look tired, overheated. The place could be cleaner there was no ice the owner or the manager couldn’t figure out how so I canceled my drink order had to pay $14 but he gave him my change back like three dollars and some change Asked to chop a little bit on the chicken and the owner didn’t understand me so he just didn’t listen. Well I guess I don’t know but he should listen carefully to the client that’s it.

Advice to the owner! Go to buy a plate at other Flame Broilers and compare that with your one. Ordered tofu plate. Very few tofu. Just tofu and rice. No veggies like other stores. Plus your credit card reader is trash! Need to invest some money buying new POS! Can’t process Amex platinum card? Because way superior grade compared to your store?

Left over food, charges $1 for extra sauce and then tells you he thinks that’s enough, driest bowl I’ve ever had, avoid this place like the plague. Absolutely the worst flame broiler I’ve ever been to, what happened to you being able to pump your own sauce to what you like???

The chicken is dry and the rice tastes old, they don’t even say anything when you go in to order the man just stands and stares at you.

Chicken is always dry and hard, container is hard to open like it was melted together somehow.

It is extremely hot in the store, they reheat the food do not expect to get fresh food. When you call and ask for a refund the man calls you a liar and acts like they never reheat the food but i literally had to pry open the container because it was reheated while in the plastic.

This place is close to my job so I stopped by today. Very disappointed in the amount of chicken they gave me in my rice bowl. I paid for the regular bowl and looks like it could all fit inside a mini. Definitely won’t be back again, I’ll just go to the one closer to my home.

In my experience I did not like the meat, it was very chewy, it seemed overheated and tasteless.

Worst flame broiler there don't give anything extra like hot sauce and stuff , they think they saving money this way buuuuuu

For some reason this place either closes earlier than the posted time or they're just not open. Hoours may be posted but they often close earlier. Not reliable.
