My steak was overcooked and cold. COLD! Nothing ruins an experience like not having the right temperature.

My husband and I dined at Flemings in Anaheim for our anniversary last night, and overall the experience was very disappointing. We were really looking forward to going here since this was the first night out since having a new baby. The hostess was sweet and helpful since we had a hard time even finding the restaurant we were a few minutes late, however when we arrived it was not at all busy and we were sat immediately. There was also a guy helping the tables that gave us bread and waters and he was great checking in many times throughout the dinner. Our server took our order, never to be seen again - our food was delivered by someone else no one ever came again, no one bothered asking how the food came out if we wanted dessert....nothing. We just sat at the table waiting for the check. When she finally brought it she did also bring us a box of complimentary truffles which was nice, but still never bothered to even check in that our dinner was ok or if we needed anything else. It just seems so sad that for how much it costs to go out that the experience is this bad, maybe we were unlucky because other reviews seem fine I'm not sure. But it's bothering me enough to want to tell you. Thanks for listening I hope this isn't normal for here but sad this was our experience since we rarely get to go out to eat like this.

I wasn't sure what to expect as we don't have a Flemings where I'm from but let me say I was pleasantly surprised! Went as a party of 6; service was great and attentive - not pushy and perfect interval of space while we were eating and checking up on us at the right time. Ordered the filet and it was cooked to perfection. The sides were next level - we had onion rings, lobster mac and cheese, sautéed mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, loaded baked potato and sweet corn brûlée. Ended with the chocolate molten cake and truffles; every bite was amazing and will definitely be returning again!

Great experience, great food, great everything! From start to finish, everything at Fleming's was exceptional. The service was attentive without being intrusive, the ambiance was classy and comfortable, and the food—absolutely outstanding. Every dish was prepared to perfection, and the attention to detail really stood out. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a memorable meal, Fleming's delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended! And definitely will be Back!!

We came to Fleming's with a group of five, ready to enjoy a nice business dinner and spend generously. Unfortunately, the experience was a big disappointment. While the appetizers and drinks were good, every single one of our steaks arrived cold. To make matters worse, the steaks ended up making us feel sick afterward. Given it was a business meal, we didn't want to wait for new steaks to be prepared, as it would have taken too much time, so we had to cut the evening short and leave. For a restaurant of this caliber, I expected much better. This was not the quality or service we came for, and it left a very poor impression.

Food is good, nice place for special occasions. Getting from the parking garage to the front door is a bit of an adventure.

We made a last minute reservation at Flemings for my parents' anniversary dinner on a Thursday night, which wasn't really necessary because there was plenty of availability. We were pleasantly surprised to see the staff had set the table with little hearts and a card for my parents' special occasion. We appreciated lovely atmosphere created by the small extra touch. For the most part, service was great. Our server, Eric, took great care of us throughout the night. Nothing wrong with him - he was perfect. However, I could have done without the racial micro aggressive comments made by a man I assume was the manager (he wore a black suit and had a man bun). We were enjoying our dinner when he came over and asked us if we were Filipino. We weren't. Then he starts going off about how his wife is Filipino and colonization. I want to call attention to this kind of behavior and denormalize it. I hate when people come up to me and start trying to guess my ethnicity like I'm some kind of sideshow attraction. Guessing a person's ethnicity unprompted may seem like a harmless icebreaker, but is actually a racist micro aggression that singles out minorities for appearing different and makes them feel like they don't belong in a community. And on top of that, it's rude. What am I, a cocker spaniel? It should not be (and isn't) socially acceptable to come up to Asian people, try to guess “what kind of Asian they are,” bring up your Filipino wife just because we're Asian (we weren't even Filipino), and go on a tangent about colonization. Seafood tower was fresh and delicious. Sides such as the corn brûlée and the Chipotle mac and cheese were good. I had the Filet Mignon with Crab-Stuffed Lobster as my entree. To be honest, I thought the filet mignon was just ok - a bit tough if anything. The crab-stuffed lobster was delicious, but a bit too small. I expected better for an $89 entree. Cheesecake for dessert was a bit too waxy, but the molten lava cake was decent.

We really enjoyed our meal and the service (Todd) was amazing!!! He made it a very special experience! The food was delicious and the wine list was excellent!

The restaurant is part of the Westin complex and the parking is frustrating as a result. The cost of beef is outrageous, but I had my best bone-in rib eye in years. Unfortunately it came out more black n blue rather than medium rare, so they put some more grill time on it. Their Hendrix Tonic is awesome, they have tonic syrup that they add to soda and it, served with a muddled cucumber, was most refreshing. The service was professional, we will be back.

Their filet mignon and sea bass are so good! Filet mignon was cooked just right very tender. Their cocktail shrimp appetizer was really fresh and flavorful too! Their service is up to par 💜 for sure will come back again in the future ♥️

Disappointed, expected fine dining, experienced an average restaurant at best. Crab cakes were good until I found a male short hair. Finished dinner watching the hood being cleaned while plates were being cooked.

My husband and I went for our anniversary. Usually they put little confetti on the table but this time they might've forgotten to do it. Our server, Chris, was awesome. He really made our dinner experience very comfortable and enjoyable.
