Very slow delivery of the order and not hot. Prices are ridiculous, not The P. flemings it used to be. Never coming back!

Very bad service, asked for bread three times and water twice before they brought it. Food came out wrong, no apology or anything.

This was our 2time here. Love the restaurant and service. But!! So Me and my took my friend and his wife out. Got lots of appetizer, food and drinks.  After I when to the restroom and come back they cleaned out our table and didn't pack any of our food. I only ate 30% of my steak. They didn't even ask. None of the appetizers we didn't even touch . My wife said she didn't even ask to clean the table and she did so she could bring out the dessert, but knowing they going to pack our leftovers. I paid $1300 went home hungry . Very disappointing....

First they took away a chair because it appeared too be broken , then our server wouldn't check on our table I had to look for her more than two times and towards the end they took our food away before we could finished eating horrible experience

Food was delicious and the service was even better. Lenny was incredible and took great care of us, even with our baby being a bit difficult throughout our meal. Kevin came over and made sure we were comfortable where we were sitting with our little one. Can't thank those two enough for making a special birthday dinner even better. Thank you!

Alone or even a couple, sit at the bar. YES, full menu. If you’re lucky, your server /bartender will be Amy! I really don’t have words of how simply amazing she was,! Watching her juggle customers, kindness and overall professionalism mixed with the “perfect cocktail” of genuine friendliness … was dinner and a Show!!!! Just go,! Food is great (been to a few Flemings ) and actually I had something that sadly wasn’t good this time, she was caring and made it right!!! It’s apparent that customer service is of upmost importance to her. This could be management, but being someone who is in management within the service industry… this wasn’t training, just a kind natured person that “gets it”. If I lived in the area I’d recruit her in a minute. Can’t wait to visit the area again and will make a point to come to Flemings.

We have been to several flemings but this one we would say that the noice level was so loud because people staying at the hotel and dining out but overall still an enjoyable dinner

We had a nice anniversary dinner. The staff was great, the food was very good. Excellent steaks!

Our thanks to the management and staff (Harry,Roger,Andy and Jacob for a truly fantastic meal and enjoyable evening...from apps to deserts my guests and I think outstanding describes everything 🙂

Food as worn and delayed. Quality of meat didn't reflect “prime”. Sides served cold or warm. Servers were very nice, did their best with the kitchen.

We came here on a Wednesday night, and it was super easy to get a table.

Big shoutout to our server Stephanie, who took care of us on 10/22/25 and helped us celebrate my girlfriend Stephanie's birthday!🥳🥳🥳 The tomahawk, onion rings, and mashed potatoes were all delicious. The service was super friendly, and the staff really knew their stuff. If we could have Stephanie again, we'd totally pick her in a heartbeat!

Long wait even with reservation, longer even for the food to arrive, steaks were warm at best, not a good dinner sadly
