A surprising delight! Went here for the first time recently because my sister insisted. She's been going to Fuji Grill in Costa Mesa regularly and swore by it. She was not wrong. Fast, fresh, big portions, and super flavorful. I got the spicy tuna bowl and ate half for the lunch and the other half for dinner. Friendly and quick service. Small location with only a few tables inside and a couple tables outside. But a great place for a quick, quality bite.

ive never had any issues and/or problems w/Fuji Grill until today, and ive been coming/ordering w/them for years now w/no complaints. i had called at 312p for an order to be picked up, a simple (2) rainbow roll order. i arrived at the place just before 340p and was told from the cashier lady (whom ive seen & interacted many times before) that my order was not ready and was never made. i explained that i called at 312p and she stated again that she was sorry that the order was not made. mind you i only have a 30min lunch break w/a 10min drive (both directions). i have done the same order over 20x this year and no issues at all, until today. not only was it unacceptable, not professional and not right at all. i was very disappointed leaving the business (and still hungry). im not sure how yelp rating does or doesnt not matter to managers/owners of an establishment but i will be contacting the manager & store owner about this matter. i will never do business w/Fuji Grill ever again at this location, and i really loved their menu selections. to make matters even worst, when i came for me "pick-up" i was the only one in the business. very unprofessional what they did today.

Great spot for a quick bite. Good quality of food with decent prices and portions. The service is always good and food is cooked fresh when ordered. There are tables for dine-in but I usually order food to go. Highly recommended

We love Fuji Grill! Me & my mom get it occasionally when we don't feel like cooking dinner and they always deliver a simple and tasty teriyaki bowl! My mom usually gets the chicken bowl, but I am a s***** for the Alaskan bowl. The salmon on top is so fresh and the crab meat laid underneath is just what I need. Very simple bowl, but hits the spot every time!

Oh my goodness, it is currently 6:36pm on Saturday, September 16, 2023 and this location is closed for the day or night and I'm going to guess it's because they are short staffed which is pretty sad and there are so many people that could be working but they probably refused to and they walked past that "now hiring" sign daily. So while I didn't give it the full five stars because there was no one there I love that location and I hope they're able to hire as many people as they need to be able to run the business as efficiently as possible. I mean, Is it shortstaffed because maybe the owners are unreasonable or is it short staffed because they're young employees that go to school and are probably feeling overwhelmed? Hope it gets better. I wouldn't doubt that it's short staffed because no one really goes in there after they took away the movie theater which every business pretty much had there because of that theater and now it's gonna be a Tesla dealer. Either way I will be returning as long as it's there. Hopefully you guys will be open. Hope it gets better!

Great food and decent prices. Their portions are good and food is made fresh. Awesome customer service at the counter as well. This spot is great for a quick lunch for to-go or dine in. Highly recommended!

This restaurant has been here for years and we just never ate there. But we love teriyaki chicken bowls and couldn't find any locally. They give you a generous amount of meat, and they are really good. Definitely will be a return customer.
