The Service: Immaculate. The chefs and servers are attentive, kind, and always smiling.
The Food: Exquisite! Their sashimi is exceptionally fresh, and they offer a much larger variety of fish than most restaurants. They use a special purple rice for their rolls and nigiri that is both unique and delicious.
Rating: 10/10. Fusion Sushi offers the total package. I highly recommend everything on the menu!

Had an amazing experience today at my new favorite sushi spot — not just in California, but in the entire country (and I’ve been to plenty!). This little hole-in-the-wall serves big flavor. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
We enjoyed an OMG Roll, a 12-piece sashimi platter featuring the new black snapper (which was outstanding), and a Bingo Roll. We also had a cucumber salad, spicy edamame, and a pepper dish that was absolutely bursting with flavor — easily my favorite of the night.
This place might be small, but the quality, taste, and service are on another level. Highly recommend!

Visiting from San Diego and a world wide conisuer of sushi, this was an unexpected top 3 experience. We went for it with a big variety and nothing disappointed. Finished with a flavor bomb bento roll following an OMG, 12 piece sashimi, cucumber salad, spicy garlic edamame and a nice bottle of saki. The fried banana dessert topped an unbelievable dinner. I wish I lived closer but will be back. Highly recommend this gem!

Excellent quality! Most fresh and flavorful sushi in our opinion. My wife and I celebrated her birthday, we were totally satisfied with everything. Lunch specials included sushi,sashimi and teriyaki salmon platter for reasonable price and we compliment it with a side of baked salmon rolls which is perhaps the best item in the restaurant. Little pricey but worth it on special events.

Every week we try to get here for the BEST sushi and sashimi in town all Anaheim Hills! I've lived here 20 years and I know many places. Not only the freshness and quality, but the specialty rolls are great! The entire staff are very nice especially, Eric and James! Entire staff are great and they really take pride in serving everyone with kindness and I'm promptly. Not to mention the servings are amazing. BIG

We arrived less than an hour before closing on a Saturday night. The place was quiet, with 1 or 2 other tables. The staff was prompt and attentive, filling out tea when it got low and making sure we had an opportunity for a last order before the kitchen closed. We got an order a sashimi and 3 rolls: Yellowtail, Spicy Tuna and Rainbow. The most surprising bit about the visit was the purple rice! I didn't get around to asking what colored it, but it was quite the unique detail! --- Visited again on a Monday evening and it was excellent. We ordered a cucumber salad, Crispy rice w spicy tuna, an albacore specialty roll and the OMG specialty roll. The albacore roll came piled high with crispy onions and eel sauce and the OMG roll arrived with such a presentation I did say OMG! in my head when I saw it 😲
