Got the chicken waffel and grilled chicken plate, it was very good and filling. I wouldn't recommend the unsweetened ice tea though.

I ordered the chicken and waffles. Delicious!!! And while we were eating, Gretchen was so kind to thank my husband and I for coming. She went to each table and thanked everyone. How cool is that?!!! She was so down to earth and gracious. And the service was amazing!!! Everyone was so friendly. Thank you for a great time. Blessings.

Absolute trash. Food was microwaved and much too salty. Gordon Ramsey would definitely not approve. Food gave me a stomach ache and gas.

Today we ordered for pick up and the shrimp and grits that was packed was disproportionately prepared and not what I’m used to getting. For reference, I’ve added photos of the shrimp and grits from previous reviews — this is the preparation I’m used to receiving. Then, I’ve added my personal photo and video of the order I got today — absolutely plain, lacking flavor, seasoning, and color. No matter how much I mixed it, there was nothing within the grits itself. Upon calling the restaurant, the manager we spoke too had tried to explain to me that’s how it’s served because “it’s shrimp over grits” and I really had a difficult time making her understand how it’s not normally how we’ve received it in the past and I tried to kindly ask if there was a way to just pick up another one in replacement but that idea wasn’t really entertained and my request felt ignored; she immediately suggested getting a refund through DoorDash (except we ordered on their website). When services don’t acknowledge or try to resolve an issue, that to me suggests customer service doesn’t matter and that’s fine, it is what it is.

The food was excellent...large portions and very tasty...The customer service was extraordinary and the prices were reasonable. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the overall dining experience...I'd Definitely dine there again.

I ordered a slice of their peach clobber and sweet potato pie. Both tasted awful. Both were cold, not warmed up, no flavor and the crust was crumbling and both tasted stale as if they were sitting in their refrigerator for weeks. I normally don’t write reviews, but for the amount money they charged, I believe others should know their food has poor quality.

Got the ribs with corn bread and Mac and cheese. The ribs were cold with sauce just slathered on top, the Mac and cheese was just noodles swimming in a liquidy cheese and the cornbread was dry. The peach cobbler was not good, the dough was soggy/ tasted raw.

This place quietly blew me away. The food is incredible. I ordered a steak, Mac and cheese, and red beans & rice. And it was all better than I could have imagined for the price and location. Service was great too, speedy and they gave me free corn bread for eating in!

Me and my wife came from out of town just to try this place. We were very disappointed with the food. The fried chicken and waffles that my wife got was dry. She just did not enjoy it at all for myself, I got the spicy chicken sandwich with the coleslaw. It was all right. I’d give it a three out of the 10 the coleslaw was not good at all so I got an order of the pig fries. That was good. I would recommend that. The service was great the waitress that we had was very good
