Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor is a longtime family tradition at Disneyland. The lines were short on a Monday afternoon so we were able to get the ice cream treats needed to boost our energy and to satisfy our craving for ice cream. This is your old fashioned ice cream parlor by Dreyer’s. This place is connected to the Candy Palace Shop. Single scoop of ice cream in a cup was about $7-8.
the staff here are very friendly! and i’ve gotta say, the mint choc is wow. it mostly tastes mid elsewhere but here it’s perfect. we also had strawberry and chocolate, and while i didn’t try them out, i believe they’re as good.

Such a cute visual of mickey! Your standard ice cream topped with fudge and soft baked cookies. One of my personal favorites everytime we visit.
