A couple friends and I tried to come here in between classes. Based on the good reviews, we were excited to try Grandma's Kitchen. We walked toward the entrance and the woman inside said they were closed and would reopen in 2 weeks. Fair enough. However, her very rude daughter (I assume) yelled "they're closed" from her car then continued to glare at us. Not very welcoming. This would've been our first visit here, probably won't try coming again.

Whenever I'm in Anaheim I try to make sure I stop by grandmas kitchen. The prices are very fair! ONE DOLLAR TACOS! And they cook the meat fresh when you order it. He makes all his own salsas & sauces. Very good food. And not only is the food good! But he takes care of his customers! And I really mean that. He takes debit as well!! Good food and great customer service??? 5 stars. Support small businesses like this one!!

Sorry Grandma I had high hopes for u after reading the great reviews. I love finding good hole in the walls but I think this one has to stay hidden. My dining experience with grandma started with me ordering the fajitas. But, grandma was out of vegtables. Oh well, I thought I would try the chili relleno . Guess what! They were out of Pasilla chilies. How about some chips and salsa. Nope! Out of those too. On a different subject. My daughter had to use the potty but they were even out of toilet paper! We all ordered the enchiladas which were mediocre. I asked for a red sauce but got a mole sauce which wasn't very good. The beans were watery. I actually liked the rice but there was probably a total of a tablespoon portion of those. Come on. How expensive is rice? Ugh! I was hoping things would get better but they never did. When we got the bill everything was more then what was on the menu. I tried to work it out with her but finally gave up. I obviously won't be going to visit grandma anythime soon!

My new favorite Mexican food restaurant. The flavors are incredible and prices are great.

My husband and I were hungry and looking for a new Mexican place to try. Came across this place and we were not disappointed in the least. I had chicken enchiladas and my husband had a steak burrito and some nachos. It was very good, not one complaint about the food or establishment. Very clean and polite/professional people. They were very polite and tried to help us in choosing what to eat as it was our first time.The prices don't hurt either. Will definitely be going back.

Can't enough of GRANDMA'S! !! There's plenty of taco joints all over Orange County but I keep coming back to this one. The tacos here actually have flavor the meat itself is seasoned perfectly not masked under spicy salsa.
