We just finished our trip to Disneyland and we stopped by Great Maple for breakfast one day. We were so impressed with the food that we came back two days later! The portions are huge, so we had plenty of leftovers. The portabello mushroom fries are delicious - perfectly seasoned and crispy. The chilaquiles were also amazing and the service was great. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip!
Overall the experience wasn’t good at this restaurant, the eggs Benedict’s biscuit tasted freezer burnt, there wasn’t enough on the plate to consider paying a $40 bill with an orange juice. Waiter didn’t check on us until I paid. Will not be eating here for breakfast again.

Don't come here unless you're really hungry. The portions are huge. We went around brunch time on a weekday and had a wait of about 20 minutes which wasn't bad, it helped us work up more of an appetite haha.
The menu is limited but I think that just means their limited selections are perfected. Every dish I saw come out looked incredible.
I ended up with the fried chicken and maple bacon doughnuts- one of their signature dishes. It was delicious. The doughnuts are the thickest I've ever seen. They're not sickeningly sweet or too heavy on the maple. They paired wonderfully with the chicken.
The only negative thing I can say is the acoustics in there are terrible. We went when it was full and it was SO uncomfortably loud.

We decided to visit after we had been at the park all day. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated however the service from there was extremely disappointing. Our server came she asked we’re we ready to order we said yes so she took our drink order then went.
She came back 5 minutes later with our drinks and then she rushed off again I was surprised as we had said we were ready to order when she took the drink order. She came back the third time to take our food order. We never got offered any water for our table yet all the other tables were offered bottles of water.
When our meals came I was surprised my French fries were stone cold, I asked for hot fries as they were cold she made us feel uncomfortable with the fact I complained the chips were cold. They did bring back my fries ( the same ones) just put back in the deep fryer . Extremely overcooked we never ate them.
I did get the rib eye sandwich and omg it was so good. My partner got the ribs he wasn’t a fan but did eat half my sandwich and loved it.
We would have got desert and stayed longer but with the unfriendly atmosphere and poor quality of the chips we decided to leave.
It was really unpleasant and took around 15minutes to be able to pay our bill after we got the check from the server as the server was no where to be seen.
Disappointed as we travelled from overseas and had seen on YouTube about how great it was but our experience was not the best.

I am sure this is an unpopular view but here we go. This is the Cheesecake Factory but for breakfast. Do they have cheesecake? No, but sub in donuts and bingo.
Food is ok, not ground breaking gotta have it, but ok.
The servers are always on point, no question.
Atmosphere is a bit on the noisy side, again Cheesecake Factory. Not terrible just kinda meh.

The food was amazing, especially the pumpkin spice doughnuts - I’ve never had a doughnut that good before. Matthew served us and was absolutely stellar, I have allergies and he was very thorough in checking things for me and reporting back. He was so wonderful to have as our server and I hope we will be back to eat here again soon.

Run, don’t walk to get away from this place as quick as you can. We had a 6:30 reservation, checked in at 6:10. 6:40 they tell me they are getting a table ready now. They end up giving our table to another large party that arrived after us. Good was ice cold, one of our guests didn’t even get his drink (water) for almost an hour. Definitely not the Disney quality, especially when staying in the Pixar Signature suite.

Very clean and vibrant. Part of the Pixar Hotel. Love the modern look and feel. Food was delicious. Many delicious options. Menu has something for everyone. The cocktails were great and definitely recommend the espresso martini. Would definitely recommend before heading into the parks or just for a cute date or a friend gathering. Indoor and outdoor seating. Reservations highly recommended, but not needed.

I was really surprised to see a non-Disney restaurant in a Disney hotel. Great Maple has multiple locations.
Our food and service was good and this is a good non-downtown Disney and non-Park option for a meal.
Don’t expect a bargain though, no drinks and we were at $73 for brunch for two.

We only had pasta, which was good, but I felt it could be better. I suggest adding some healthy options to the menu including desserts (e.g. fruit salad without any additional sugar). That's the reason for 4 out of 5 stars.

This was the most expensive meal (we had brunch) my family ate so we just ate in the parks the remained of our trip. The donuts were amazing. My adult kids had chicken sandwiches and I ordered a grilled cheese with soup. I did have an unauthorized additional charge to my credit card the following day so watch for that.

You get used to getting price gouged at Disneyland but this was beyond the pale. $28 for an OK burger? $15 for some frozen kids chicken strips? Ok. Service was the weirdest part because the restaurant was mostly empty and the server was nowhere to be found and getting a drink refill was a Herculean effort. They did have a solid vegetarian option which isn’t always guaranteed so extra points for that (even if it was like $30).
