Dropped by this past January since I was in the area and read some positive reviews. However, I almost walked out because they didn't have boba. I had my hopes up when asking if there was a batch cooking. The lone female worker said that it wouldn't be ready for 2 hours...the shop didn't just open for the day, and it seemed so dead. I was confused and dejected haha. Oh well, I was already there and didn't want to leave without at least a milk tea. Ordered the basics to gauge Greatea's standards: black milk tea and green milk tea. Disappointed by the weak tea and artifical sweetness in both drinks, especially with a portmanteau of a name that seems to boast having great tea...even my brother's very forgiving palate didn't take to them. Boba not readily available, bland drinks, janky plaza and parking lot, overall strange atmosphere inside the store with meh service...unfortunately it wasn't an enjoyable experience, so I can't say that I'd recommend it.

I ordered a smoothie for delivery and the smoothie came in with no seal, no bag, nothing!!! That's not sanitary!! How can you deliver a smoothie without a seal?

Before even entering Greatea, the area already has a welcoming neighborhood vibe which doesn’t change once you enter the store. The person taking our order was very kind and, although this might be because we were the only ones there, brought everything to us after finishing making one instead of waiting until everything was done and calling us over to get it ourselves which I though was nice. She worked very efficiently too, so we only waited for around 5 minutes for 4 drinks and some food. The store was very clean, and everything tasted exceptional, not like powder like some boba places do.

Amazing bubble tea, short drive from Disney. The best taiyaki. Batter was so nice and chewy, loved both red bean and Nutella. Teen approved: they got those fancy boba. Thai iced tea was great. And I confess this was only boba I actually liked ever. I am not a big fan of them usually. Owner was so nice and recommended green tea w aloe vera and it was amazing! So refreshing! to have real food at a local place. And taiyaki was only $2. Go get your boba and support a local business.

As the name says, it's a great little shop with a good selection of boba/bubble tea and small bites. Enjoyed the taiyaki in red bean and Nutella, would like to try some of the other flavors!It's a small (family?) operation, so a little patience goes a long way, but they are very friendly and order was spot on! Definitely a return visit worthy.

It's a small shop in an unassuming strip mall, but they offer a good selection of drinks, snacks, and quick bites. It's a little hot inside and seems to be family operated, so be patient. But you won't be disappointed with the flavor and quality!The drinks are a generous size, with a good mix of ice. Sweetness was perfect. The pearls were quite soft.The selection of desserts/snacks was nice. I was a little disappointed they ran out of popcorn chicken, but the popcorn shrimp was pretty tasty. Full sized shrimp! None of this tiny business like another fast food chain.All in all, a solid location with another stop.

I did not try the food here yet but the peach green tea was delicious and very refreshing!! The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful with answering my questions of the menu! It was very calm inside, while it may be small it is cute, there is only one sit in table and a claw machine! I definitely wanna come back!

I ordered three drinks here recently. They were all good and the service was quick and efficient. I think the only downside to the place is it was very warm inside But other than that If you're looking for boba in the area I would recommend Greatea.

1. The drinks were refreshing, and the Taiyaki was yummy!2. The spot has fun casual vibes with a claw machine inside!3. The staff were friendly and timely with my order! Greatea is a great place to be!This boba shop is tucked in a corner on Euclid and Orangewood in Anaheim. It has a very cute and relaxed vibe, and is a nice place to have a drink and catch up with friends. The owner was very nice and welcoming. I got a Hokkaido Milk Tea at 50% sweet with boba $5 and a red bean taiyaki, which is a fish-shaped waffle with adzuki bean paste. The boba was pretty good although the drink was still a little on the sweet side. The drink was good and very cheap. It was only $5 for 22 oz! You usually only get 16 or 20 oz, and boba drinks cost much more. Come check them out!

The service was great, the lady that helped me was nice and patient! I ordered a green milk tea with mango popping boba and it was delicious It surprised me seeing mango popping boba since it's really rare seeing that boba in boba shops. Also, in their waiting area they have a vending machine with cool Keychain plushies (pokemon style) and I spent some money on those (they $1 each play for the small machines) Overall, the ambiance was normal to other boba shops, and it was spacious. I also loved the little decorations around the shop. I will for sure come again!
