First time here, was really hungry and curious so I got their pozole, potato taquitos, and sweet potato fries. The pozole was interesting not really the traditional flavors seemed oily. To me, it tasted like they used chili oil for it. But overall it was okay. I did like that they gave you cabbage and radish on it. Would have been better with lime slices to squeeze on top. The potato taquitos were yummy, kind of hard to mess those up I'd say. And the sweet potato fries were fried well, crispiness was optimal. Especially since some places leave them soggy. Overall I liked it and would return.

Wow!!!! Food was amazing! We got the Anaheim Chili burger, potato taquitos, regular fries, wings 1/2 BBQ 1/2 dry rub, carrot Juliet smoothie. Highly recommend the dry rub wings, the seasoning and crunch is so on point?

Unfortunately the fries were cold by the time they were served. However, the mozzarella sticks were well worth the wait. It is quite difficult to come across vegan mozzarella sticks. Considering the portion sizes, I’d want to come back to give healthy junk another try. Many vegan spots are over priced and provide a tiny portion whereas healthy junk is a pleasant exception. The parking is a hassle however valet is available. Staff is friendly and there is plenty of seating.Dietary restrictions: Vegan

100 % recommended...food was amazing, our cashier was super friendly and gave us great recommendations, it was a cute a spot to try and loved it being in the Anaheim Packing House! I got the plain and BBQ wings, they were amazing and you get what you pay for! I also got the Loaded Bunny which was 8/10. The fries had the perfect amount of cheese however the onions weren't chopped, so it was large pieces of onion on top rather than small pieces mixed in so be prepared for that! Will definitely be coming back when I get a chance!

First time having healthy junk since they moved over to the packing district. They seemed to have changed up their menu a bit. We ended up getting the loaded bunny fries and a soda. They have stubborn soda, which is always a huge plus for us. The portion of the fries was huge, so much!!! A huge plus and they were absolutely delicious. The only downside from pur visit was that it took a long time for us to be helped. It was pretty empty when we went and one of the workers had noticed us but didn't even bother to come help us. A bit disappointed with the service, but the food was great.

I'm not vegan but my sister is, so we stopped by here for lunch. She got the "chicken" wings and fries. I'm really picky about food but will still always taste hers when we go out and I can honestly say these are so tasty! They were flavorful, has the exact same texture as chicken, and even had a little stick to mimick a bone. The ranch they served with it was also super yummy. I would actually order these as a meal myself even though I am not vegan. They have a really large menu with tons of delicious options! Staff was nice and prices were good.

The wings are my fav. BBQ and Buffalo, and the rub are good too. I order the wings by the dozen knowing I can take the leftovers home for late night snacking. The ranch makes you wanna smack someone for giving you non-vegan food. Pretty sure I asked them at least twice to confirm its lack of animal product. The fries are the best at the Packing House. Fight me. I'll intentionally pick the House just to tsk tsk another menu at its lack of vegetarian options and gleefully run to Healthy Junk for some wings! They've got other stuff, too, but I've got Beyond in my freezer - fake chicken at a vegan place can't be beat. The bar is pretty epic too. And it has the wings.
I often visit Anaheim for work, and this has become a mandatory stop whenever we are in town. The food is great as well as the customer service with a low wait time. My fiancé and I fell in love with the buffalo chick'n fries and the barbecue chick'n pizza and it's something she can enjoy being on a flexible diet. There is indoor and outdoor seating and also a bar area with Great ambience. I have never been disappointed with any of the items on the menu and every time we come there is a gentleman with long black hair and a baseball hat who is ready and waiting to give customers exceptional service.

Large Stone Pebbles in food . We never expected that falafel might contain large pebbles.Humble request to the customer.Chew your food before to avoid swallowing any stones/ pebbles .Humble request to the restaurant : please check your food . Those stone pebbles inside falafel cannot be accidental , they are from your chickpeas which were not cleaned that even your grinder couldn’t crush them.Please Take care of your food and your customers.

The food here is ok, it's leans more toward bland bar food than any type of unique culinary experience, but the thing that really stood out during my visit was how straight up rude the employees were. No greeting when I walked in, no thank you when I payed, and when my food was ready I said "thank you" the male employee shoved the tray across the counter and silently glared at me. Maybe they can do some retraining in customer service or something because even the smallest bit of kindness or personality would go a long way in making up for the food.
