I want to thank Nick, who I believe was the manager there for the restaurant. The rain cancelled our reservation at another bar there, but he helped us get to the lounge. It was an amazing experience with such amazing food! The staff was so kind and they even brought our 1 year old a cupcake for his birthday! Please take time out of your Disney visit and enjoy this beautiful place!

Definitely a nice little spot to relax and catch up with friends or family. We decided to come by for birthday drinks and try an off menu item. It was a cute IG drink called Friend like me and also a villain themed drink. The waitress is someone we had before and she is very sweet and helpful. She offered us almonds and olives as snacks along with a cute birthday button! No food this time around just great talks and drinks. Off menu drinks are not made by every bartender so they are hit and miss.

So cold!! Every time we eat here the food is good, and the service is great! However the air temp is so cold! They even offer blankets….

My daughter & I came and it was our First time here! The food was good! I ordered a hearthstone burger with steak fries & iced tea. She ordered a parmesan crusted grilled cheese with steak fries. We also ordered garlic patmesan dough twists with white cheese & marinara sauce. The waiter was friendly and attentive but the food took a little longer than anticipated. The food was tasty and good quantity. The atmosphere was a little noisey but it was a Saturday evening.

The perfect spot to get away from the big crowds, relax, and have good food/drinks. We got seated immediately but there's also an option to wait in line for the bar area and get your drink to go. We ordered an exclusive drink called 'The First Order' and the presentation was immaculate, however the taste was mediocre. It had an odd spice that overpowered the taste of the drink. I also got a mocktail that was delicious! I loved that they had that option because after the Food & Wine Festival I was done drinking for the day and just wanted a good drink without alcohol. As for food, we ordered a charcuterie board and 2 desserts and everything was amazing! I'd definitely come back without hesitation.

Decided to try this Lounge on one of our Disney trips. We decided to stick to an appetizer, drinks and a dessert. We ordered the cheese board, a Blackberry Bamble, and The First order, Cookie Butter Creme Brûlée and Apple Tart. All the food was really good. The drinks were not the best. The blackberry had very little flavor and the First order had a very prominent spice that made it really over powering. The cheese board and desserts however were very tasty. All the board selections were delicious and complemented each other well. The Creme brûlée was just sweet enough and the apple tart came with ice cream that made it even better. Service was great. Didn't wait to be seated, so I think we went at a great time. It was a very chill spot to relax and enjoy.

We stayed at Disney's Grand Californian hotel and dinner reservations for any of the nights because reservations that when we called the hotel to ask they said they also had lounge didn't take reservations. We ended up eating there two of our three nights and we were thrilled with it. Our favorite was the Parmesan crusted grilled cheese, the charcuterie pizza, the garlic dough bites, the Wagyu burger. My husband loved that they had a whiskey library and tried some of their fun craft cocktails and I enjoyed wine from their wine menu. I would say it's not super friendly for kids and on the expensive side but when you're staying at the hotel you kind of expect that. So if you forget to make plans and you want a quick bite and you're staying at the hotel, you can't beat the Hearthstone lounge. We had great service and one of the nights they said us in these cozy little chairs in a corner it was so cute! They brought out a birthday cupcake for my husband too.

We walked around downtown Disney after we first checked in to our room that night and it was of course flooded with people and crazy lines so we headed back to the hotel We snagged a seat at the bar while we waited for a table and the wait time was spot on which we appreciated. The bar was busy but attentive! Drinks were nice and strong unlike the park! The food was yummy and to our satisfaction! Our server was super sweet as well! We ended up having a 4 hour dinner date night for our anniversary! We are pleased we stayed at the hotel and ate here! Much rather have come back to eat the next day than eating in the park!

I've wanted to try this place for a while now, and it's always so crowded. The decorations are so warm and inviting. It gives you a cozy feeling. The people that work there are so nice, they take the time to explain what they have to offer. Regardless of the line or wait behind you. This time, I decided to order to go and ordered one of everything for dessert. They were able to make any custom drink you're craving.I really wanted the chocolate molten lava cake, but it was no longer available. We had:1. Chocolate cheesecake - This was so decadent but satisfying.2. Cookie butter crème brûlée - I always have a weak spot for crème brûlée. This does not disappoint. The cookies on top were crisp and not stale.3. Warm apple tart - By the time we got up to the room, the ice cream had melted a little but still so tasty.I had ordered a drink, to be honest I'm not sure what it was called. They make whatever you're in the mood for. I know my drink had a fall type of feel and it had apples. It was tasty.I highly recommend all the desserts. I can't wait to come back and try the appetizers and food they have.

An interesting , small, out of the way lounge in the Grand Californian. A great place for a small group of say 2 to 4 people to catch a bite to eat away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Disney. The food is interesting and a little different but I think most people could find something they would like. Perhaps the best off menu item at the Hearthstone is a dessert of vanilla ice cream and fresh berries - very tasty. My only complaint would be that it can get a little bit cold and drafty in the winter time.
