Just picked up an over-priced “so so” pizza from their truck. Failed to give us the ranch we paid for and wouldn’t give us an extra box to split pizza up. Not impressed.

legit one of the best pizzas i have had off a food truck and definitely a great pizza overall. just tried them at the festival of nations in la palma and had their meat lovers and BBQ chicken pizza.
the BBQ chicken in particular blew me away. most BBQ chicken pizza is kinda bland but this one had amazing flavor and the chicken wasn’t dry. the sauce had real character and complexity and the overall taste was something to remember.
would definitely check them out again. if you have an event needing a pizza truck in OC, hobo co is legit.

Very well made pizza with a crust structure and taste that is above the rest. This is the closest to a brick and mortar setup. Fresh toppings and a variety that is always a good surprise. Pizzas are cranked out timely and hot. Pricing is a bit high, but what good food truck isn't. A better alternative to many other choices. Definitely a great choice.
Key choices are the Margherita and surprisingly the Hawaiian. The Meat lovers is hearty, but heavily seasoned.

This might be the best pizza I've ever had. Our office complex in Irvine started hosting bi-weekly food trucks at lunch and Hobo Co Pizza was here the first week. Never had a pizza from a food truck but was intrigued. The lady who took my order was super friendly and we had a nice little chat while I was ordering. Took only about 10 minutes for my order to be ready and I took it back to my office.
I was pleasantly greeted by a wonderful looking pizza on first glance, prepared the way I like it. Cooked perfectly with a thin crust with a nice thick, bubbly, slightly charred edge, certainly passed the visual inspection. It only got better from there, the first bite was incredible. The crust is the star of this pizza, has a nice light crisp on the outside and a perfect chew. The sauce is exceptional, both in flavor and application, not too much, not too little, just the right amount.
I can confidentially say this is the best pizza to ever grace the borders of Irvine, unfortunately it's not a permanent fixture here, although I hope they come back frequently. I'll certainly be letting Irvine Co. know how I feel about them and requesting they invite them back often.

Horrible service . Horrible pizza . STINGY !! I ordered 5 over expensive pizzas and they were COLD . I asked for ONE extra plate and they refused . They can’t afford to give out a 5 cent plate to their paying customers ? After paying a ridiculous amount for some nasty pizza .

At a convention with a ton of food trucks but wanted to try the pizza. The pizza was outstanding, loved the crust, it was pricey but went back 2 other times because it was good. Since it was a busy convention truck wasn't serving anything but cheese and pepperoni (wanted to try chefs choice Margherita) I am sure it would be outstanding

Tried pizza from the food truck. First order was missing an ingredient (and was over cooked) but they kindly made me another. If you love pizza, skip this. It's light on toppings, dough didn't taste anything special, and two slices for $17 isn't impressive
