Great venue for watching concerts as it's very small. Very few seating areas that are vip and cost extra.

Honestly I have mixed feelings about this venue. It's decent enough, but I've been arrested before for their "no moshing" policy back in the day... but I've also seen people dive from balconies during IWABO... so it's confusing.Anywho, decent enough atmosphere... always a chill crowd... security can be a little uptight, but I'm old now, so they know better. Great to bring kids to their first big show.Mostly standing room, unless you're ADA or VIP, just so parents and the older crowd knows... ?

I read quite a few bad reviews, so I was a little hesitant, but we had wonderful food and excellent service. Our server was Austin. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and made some excellent recommendations. Our food came quickly and was delicious. We had the barbecue bacon, smash burger, and the shrimp Po' Boy sandwich. Will be back again.

Absolutely incredible experience. I've been to the music venue at the house of blues dozens of times but this was my first time eating at the restaurant. The food was incredible! Big portions easy to share. The drinks were amazing and so many mocktails too! It was an absolute perfect dinner before our show!

I had tickets to a show that evening, and heard that you get fast track access to the show and validated parking for eating at the restaurant. Neither were true. My party of three ordered the fried chicken sandwich, the pulled pork sandwich and the bbq bacon smash burger. My fried chicken sandwich was very thin, tasted kind of sweet and otherwise had no flavor. My husbands smash burger was visually pathetic. The thinnest two patties I have ever seen. You couldn't see the meat, all you could see was bun and height created by stale onion straws. The buns on the sandwiches were stale tasting and dense. My nephew shrugged his shoulders when asked how his pulled pork tasted. I tasted my husbands burger and I wished we had gone to Wendy's instead, as even a single patty burger there would have been larger, far more satisfying and much less expensive. After receiving our $50 check we were told there was no fast pass access for the show. So we wasted time and money and had to wait in a huge line, which we would have been first for had we not eaten at the restaurant. I would never eat here again.
I always have a fantastic time here even at general admission. This time around I upgraded our tickets to VIP and it didn't disappoint, it was my son's Bday and he had a blast. The House of Blues staff was awesome Julius the manager was great! Thank you, House of Blues for a great memorable time.

Had a great time!!! Took my son to his first concert (he's turning 11). It was in Michael Jackson tribute.We upgraded to VIP seats because he would have never been able to see in general standing admission section.I do wish VIP was closer to the stage, It is the furthest.The food inside, as expected, was fast food quality. Very short menu consisting of 4 options.....A pizza slice, chicken tenders, or a pretzel, with your vegan option ... an (overseasoned, tangy, and satisfying) plant-based burger.The parking structure is close, we got there at 7pm (opening time) found parking fairly easily, and there was already a line of about 60-70 people.Servers in VIP were excellent!!!

At the the MJ experience. Doors opened at 7. It's 8:30 and we're just listening to the DJ play music. Everyone is restless. This is horrible
