If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible from the minute I walked in. Door walking in is broke so smacked me in the back.... waitress was terrible didn't know cheesy eggs came scrambled. And the main reason for this is they were scrubbing floors right behind me with bleach which made it to where we stood up and walked out. Do you floors when you dont have customers waiting to order. And they dont even have peanut butter for customers who enjoy peanut butter on pancakes. Only IHop I know who said this. Will NEVER return to this establishment.

Terrible service. Walk-in and stand there for a while, didn’t get greeted and it look like the staff was fighting. There was a gentleman standing there before us and a lady (waitress) walks up to him and tells him “yes?” The guy tells him he is there for a pick up and the lady walks away. Brings back the food and puts it on the counter and walks away without telling him a word. No body had even acknowledged us at this point. So we just walk away if that’s just in the beginning I could just imagine how the dinning would have been.

We had a table of 19, that's a lot of people. Every single order was correct. I wish I could remember our server's name to give her the credit. I ordered my hash browns almost burnt, with the iced coffee which I got to go because it was so good. We all spit out tickets across the table which is more complicated! They had to push together 3/4 tables for us. Great service and food. I would love to come back to this IHOP during our next vacation!

it was Sunday morning and my wife and I decided to go to IHOP because I had a gift card. We arrived about 930. There was a fairly decent amount of people already there they were busy, but they were not super busy. We were quickly seated upon entering the restaurant. I sat there and waited patiently for them to take our order. I noticed that our waitress was trying to take an order of a fairly good size family. I believe eight people in the party so I was patient. As I was waiting, I saw another two couples being seated in the same sitting area as me and my wife. Another five minutes goes by and nobody comes out to take our drink order but they asked one of the couples that came in after us. About another five minutes goes by and still, nobody returns to our table, but we see the waitress walk right passes to the second couple and starts taking their order. I’m remain calm, even though I was pretty upset that they look straight at me and continue to walk right past me and not take our order. I’m not sure if it was because I was Asian and they were all Hispanic. But that’s just straight unacceptable so I actually got up and left and not give them the opportunity to provide me any service. Because that’s how it started with them not providing me any service. I do not recommend this location. I would give it a zero stars at this point for not providing service whatsoever to me after sitting there for a good 15 minutes the food‘s probably horrible also but I can’t really rate that because I didn’t get any so don’t waste your time coming to this location. You’re probably gonna get disappointed.

Went today and had a disappointing experience. The food got to our table warm as it seating out for sometime. The hashbrowns were extremely greasy , to the point that there was oil on the plate. I order an omellete w veggies and very light cheese. Got my omelet with 1 piece of tomatoe and 1 piece of bell pepper.!!!! They re-make it and now it came with tonsssssss of cheese. For sure the cook was not reading the order and just making whatever he wanted to do. I changed the omelet to benedit eggs which are cheaper, but I got charged with the omelet. Don't recommend this Ihop.

Their food is very bad. I don't know what's wrong with their pancakes. Before, they were very delicious. Today I really didn't like them because they weren't sewn well. The French toast was my favorite. Today they changed their bread. It was terrible.
