Always come to this location & never disappointed, until last night. Came here last night went through drive thru & ordered #3 combo w/everything with onions grilled. Hamburger didn't have grilled onions in fact had no onions at all, no secret sauce, pickles, & I was very clear to the order taker on the hamburger, my fries were cold & the worst I've ever had here. This location has always been my favorite, but I think I'll be going elsewhere. Something has changed & their food standard is not as good anymore.

Super upset ! Been coming here for years never had gotten my food wrong always ate my food nice and hot, today they forgot my little ones burger I parked super far ran inside to get the burger so we could eat together they took a while to give me a cheese burger with spread only got back to my car my food was cold already and turns out my animal style fries had yellow peppers which i never asked for! All i wanted was a nice hot meal ended up eating cold food 😭

In & Out has great burgers. Not keen on the fries. They just come out of the bag. Order the animal double cheese. Not on the menu but they know what it is. Onions grilled inside the patty instead of separate.
Kid-friendliness: Very kind and professional. Staff will also give you options to your meal.
The quality/price ratio is decidedly high. Unfortunately I wasn't crazy about the chips as they were really soft (I have to say that I ate them at home, so I don't rate this item). Friendly staff. 4 stars all deserved!

To be honest it was just okay. It’s definitely a place that’s overhyped by the internet. Service was super friendly but food got cold quickly and was overly salty. It is a small place so it gets filled up pretty quickly.
The thinnest burger i ever ate in my life. Would never try it again. The owner is a genius for making such a terrible tasting burger so popular.
The only reasons I can think of why this place is busy: - simple menu - was cheap pre covid(but ppl r too brain dead to realize they can get a much better burger for around the same price now)
