One of the worst experiences ever. I was trying to pick up a group of blind people and their workers keep telling me to move my car away from the drive-through line. I explained that I was not exactly in the line and I had my emergency lights so people know I’m not in line( btw I have access stickers and I’m trained to pick up this people with disabilities) the in-and-out worker instead of focusing on doing his job he keep telling nonsense….all this happened within 2-3 minutes. If this happens again I’ll make sure my clients do a lawsuit against the restaurant.

Consistently good, but lately my orders have been a little off from my receipt. Ordering burgers with onions or animal style but getting a cheeseless burger and shakes are filled up to 80% of the cup.
