Most In-N-Out locations are busy and this place is no different. Their drive-thru line wraps around the building adjacent to their storefront although the line does move much faster than other fastfood chains.
If you've never been to an In-N-Out, they've got a real small menu but their food is fresh, tasty, and affordable. Service is also almost always friendly👌 They open late, close late, and are closed most holidays.

The milkshakes are not real ice cream. Is left out they separate into a liquid base and some sort of gelatinous milky substance. This is why they can be so thick, but when you hold the cup and taste the product, IT'S NOT COLD. At the very least (if you know anything about ice cream), it is not cold enough to be as thick as it is. Something ain't right, jus' saying. Plus, ice cream doesn't separate. Unless...

Drive through, burgers and one fry. Decided to eat fries when hot . Extremely loaded with SALT ! Got sick on way home. Burger was overcooked. Called in to let them know. Got a corporate service rep. She was very understanding, took all my info and sent free meal cards for future use. Ist time ever having quality contrissues.

They let some dirty shirtless homeless guy come inside and fill up 6 water jugs, literally washed his hands and touched the fixtures and fittings at the soda machine, touched all the condiment surfaces for no reason other than he was high, and they DID NOT wipe and sanitize ANYTHING down after he left. Never coming back to this location, disgusting. Homeless everywhere too
