The milkshakes are not real ice cream. Is left out they separate into a liquid base and some sort of gelatinous milky substance. This is why they can be so thick, but when you hold the cup and taste the product, IT'S NOT COLD. At the very least (if you know anything about ice cream), it is not cold enough to be as thick as it is. Something ain't right, jus' saying. Plus, ice cream doesn't separate. Unless...
I ordered 4 items and 2 milkshakes. Ian, a very young, kind, and respectful gentleman, helped me carry my food to my car. Thank you again, Ian, for your kindness, and thank you, In-N-Out, for hiring such a wonderful staff member like him.
