This place was good! I ordered the Shrimp & Pok Wonton with Egg Noodles Soup and it was good I just wished the mushrooms were cooked more. And less veggies and more noodles because there was not enough noodles in the bowl. My dad got the Shaken Beef with rice and the Beef was Filet Mignon I tried my dad's and the sauce was so good. So overall both of the food items we ordered were good. The only complaint I have was the restrooms they were very dirty and unpleasant to walk in especially with the horrible odor. So hopefully they can clean the bathrooms more often and use an air freshener. Anyway I would come back because the food was good and there are other things on the menu I would like to try other time

My family came here so many times for lunch and ordered to go as well. We tried all places of Phở ( ( I know how to cook good Phở, too..), but I recommend you should try Phở at J&Q ..the best Phở in Cali. We love Bánh Mì thịt and Coffee here so much as well. The customer services are great, always kind and friendly. I introduced this J&Q to all my friends and relatives, they commented as the same as me.

Food is good, staff are friendly but it says theyre open at 930am and when you call at 950am to place an order they never answer. They need to make it clear what time they actually open and serving.

Great Banh Mi and spring rolls. Family owned and operated. Fresh baked baguettes are the key

Best Bahn Mi sandwiches locally ! Great flavor - our favorite choices are the pork and J & Q Special. We have also tried the egg rolls which were good also and their soup wasn't bad either. But the sandwiches yum

Great Vietnamese place. I like the noodles and pho, but I think their sandwiches are really something special. They bake their own bread and the meat and toppings (jalapeños and shredded carrots) are very tasty. No photos because I always eat it before I remember to take a picture.

Got the grilled pork banh mi here and it was absolutely massive. Very generous portions, tasted great, and a good price. 1 banh mi could easily feed two. Nice clean spot, good service. Might be new favorite banh mi spot.

A $10 banh mi can be shocking, but I was pleasantly surprised by the portion and flavor of the sandwich. Ordered the J&Q special, and they were generous with the meats. The cold cuts (meat loaf, ham, charsiu) were tender and flavorful! They also give you a generous amount of pate and the soy sauce/mayo/pate combination was divine. Veggies were fresh. I asked the lady for veggies on the side and a little extra and she was nice about it. Glad this place is in the area so I don't have to drive too far to get my banh mi fix :)

Wanted to love this place but unfortunately, it fell short. The beef stew was bland and the banh mi just didn't hit.

I’m fussy with my Phở, Pâté Chaud & Bánh Mì. No more need to drive to

Had a really nice lunch at J&Q. The food was very unusual and tasty, making a nice break from the norm. I will definitely come back again.

My honeymoon was in Vietnam and that is where I had my first banh mi. I literally waited to have my first there. It was amazing! J&Q is the only place I have found that brings the same quality and taste that I had in Vietnam. They also have my favorite Vietnamese coffee and I’ve tried quite a few on the area

This place is LEGIT! Really good Vietnamese to-go food.Food Taste: 5 stars - Everything is good and original here. No complaints on any thing I've tried this far. This place is probably my most favorite for viet sandwiches. Just packed and loaded with everything in a soft, warm and flaky baguette bread. It's multiple slices of meats unlike you've may seen in most places that only do 1 or 2 slices! Probably weigh over a pound. I could only do half a sandwich in one sitting. It's that big and fulfilling!Food selection: 5 stars - So much to choose and again all really good. Although this is a "to-go" kind of place, taking the noodle soups to-go like pho is actually well packaged. It's conveniently in a bowl with soup, noodles and toppings separated in the same container. Noodle soups are loaded with protein too. I haven't tried their drinks yet, maybe next time. Hack: No need to go to the groceries to get basic bread, this place sells tasty fresh baguettes if you just want that.Service: 5 stars - very friendly and they're Vietnamese staffed. Location: 5 stars - ample parking in a small plaza with various restaurants. I come from middle of nowhere in Irvine and I pick this place every time when I'm in the area. Wish there's one closer to me ;) Cleanliness & atmosphere: 4 stars - very clean and plenty of seatings for a to-go kind of setting. Though some tables are wobbly. Pricing: 5 stars - Reasonably priced for the amount of good food you're getting. This place probably cost more than average compared to westminster/garden grove. But this place is just hits differently and so worth it!Overall: Exceptional place. I'd pick this viet to-go place than the ones in westminster any day!

We ordered the chicken and rice as well as their special Bahn mi sandwich. My husband really enjoyed the chicken and rice. The Bahn mi sandwich was reasonably priced and really tasty.
