I usually like Jack in the Box. This morning however I went to this location. I ordered a LG vanilla, sweet cream, iced coffee with extra syrup and whipped cream along with the jumbo jack breakfast platter, the sausage and bacon combo.And that was it, that was what I had ordered.My coffee didn't have whipped cream or extra syrup and that's fine.I mentioned it at the window, they put the whipped cream on it no problem. when I got my food home however there was no bacon. I paid for the bacon & not to be rude but I would like what i paid for.
The lady who answered the phone didn't speak very good English. I tried to explain to her that they didn't put my bacon in there.And she just kept repeating it, and I asked her what her name was, and she wouldn't tell me.So I asked her for a manager or a manager's name.She went and got someone else ,who answered the phone speaking only Spanish. He started laughing when I told him I didn't speak Spanish ( I can understand some of it but can't communicate what I needed. ) He switched to fairly good English until I asked for his name. Then he didn't understand me and again when I asked for the manager suddenly no one understands but everyone is laughing. Then I got told they're busy now (its 4:30 am , I just got off work an hour ago, they're not that busy yet)
I understand this sounds petty and stupid to get upset over bacon but its not the mistake that makes me angry. It the absolutely disrespectful way the staff treated me.
I'm truly offended at the way the night crew treated a paying customer. I don't like being made to feel ignorant because I can't speak a language and to be made fun of because I am asking for the product that I paid my hard earned money for. If its .20 cents or $2 its irrelevant , its money that I worked for. To be treated like a joke though. JIB please train your burger excellence team to understand that this is a place of business that works with customers, not circus performers. That night crew is rude and unprofessional.

The night crew, Johnny (Juan) or whomever totally got our order wrong and insulted my wife when she complained. We will never eat here again, and I hope this franchise location fails and closes, their staff doesn't deserve to have jobs.

i do love the new decore since they remodelled, staff is friendly.
place is clean n nice layout.
it's fast food so dnt expect amazing food but its decent to get by for a quick meal.

I asked the lady behind the counter for a to go bag. She just walks away from me. I will never come back again. She walked away from me 2 times. First time said please may I have the bathroom code, She heard me to. Very rude. If she was a manager she is doing a terrible job. The first time she was more concerned with her phone btw. I even was very polite both the times. Asked her please and thank you but she walked away from me. I just wanted a to go bag. I made a mistake and hit dine in on the machine, it would have been real easy to, she gave me the food and all she had to do is reach for it, it would have took one second. Instead she walked away and didn't come back. They were not even busy. If she did not want to give me a bag she should have told me something, not leave me their thinking she was going to get it. I left without a bag cause I was waiting to long

2 tacos $1.99. 3 chicken strips with curly fries 🍟 dipping sauces and coke. Small soda is big! Under 16 dollars. Yum!♡

A No. 8 isn't some gut buster, and yet any time I eat here I will randomly come away with a foul stomach at some point thinking it won't happen again. I don't have the same issues eating at the location at state college so someone at this location is either teaching people to cut corners, or someone has been cutting corners for years now.
