This Location is a dissaointment 9/1 times, food is disgusting, the fries are always stale and cold, never fresh, and the burgers taste almost rancid, unable, I guarantee they do not clean their equipment or maintain any kind of cleanliness in the kitchen, and if that isn’t bad enough, the customer service is horrible, I’ve had issues with them messing up orders and even forgetting to give back my debit card twice through the drive through and they are argumentative and rude if I could give this location less than 1 star I would

Man.. Very disappointed with my visit here today. I come here frequently due to it being so close and usually dont have problems. And if I do have one its usually so minimal I wouldn't write a review.. thats not the case today. Went through the drive thru and ordered my usual... a number 4 large with a cherry coke zero and 4 tacos with NO LETTUCE... I get home (3 minutes away) and start to eat . 1st thing i noticed was my fries, were literally ice cold. To a point I spit it out and just threw them away. I went to take a drink of my coke only to realize it was flat. Ok.... no problem, whatever, it is what it is... I go to grab my tacos only to find ALL OF THEM HAVE LETTUCE... Like c'mon guys, you literally have one job.... take an order make it fresh and accurately.... ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU AREN'T BUSY!!! Night crew is ALWAYS on point here like I said i come here often and this afternoon crew was very lackluster... the one good thing, the lady at the window was very pleasant, but the young kid in the back looked and sounded like he hated his life and his job 🤣. Anyway, I will still probably eat here for noe cuz everyone has an off day but for real TODAY WAS REALLY OFF THE MARK GUYS.....

I went to the drive thru for my mobile order and when I got to the window, the lady didn't know what order I had and wanted to charge me for a different order and I had to tell her again I'm here for mobile order. And when I got home, I open the box and there is zero condiments and zero napkins as I requested and even paid the extra 25 cents for the sauce. Extra sauce cost extra? You mean let's take advantage of our customers for that extra 25 cents and hope they forget about it. Bad business model. If no one is checking to make sure everything is in the bag, someone needs to get fired and hopefully that 25 cents you robbed me of was worth it. It's the principle not the money that matters.

Quiet clean location. Dinning area is very quiet and the staff isnt too in your face so it's relaxing. Love the breakfast sandwiches but it is a typical fast food experience.

My visit was great because every time I go I get my order repeated back And I receive hot food Whenever I come it's usually at night and I always see this girl with glasses and red hair I tried looking for her name on the receipt but it was a males name I just want to say thank you for the great service and awesome food This is the reason why I still come back to this jack.
