I’m giving them 5 stars because of the great kindness they showed another guest. This individual was in a wheelchair and the employee helping him was patient with him, helped him to his table outside, took his food, placed his food within his reach and was just super sweet to him. She really and truly went above and beyond. The shift lead, or manager (unsure of her position), also did her best to fix any issues any customer had in a timely and quick manner. Excellent service.

Made a mobile order said ready in 7-9 mi. Get their waited for like 30 min a guy with a huge order came in after me got his before me I was their for a long time before him with mobile order too their was a family who waited forever to finally get their full order the place was a mess I could hear the works laughing and goofing around while their was a long line for drive thru and quit a few waiting for mobile orders. Was poor service the food was sloppy, atmosphere was horrible, and workers were unprofessional and unorganized
