Once again I ordered the breakfast platter with both sausage and bacon and the didn't give me the bacon. This happens to me almost every time I order it to go. They always leave out the bacon or the sausage. And of course I don't find out until I get to work and can't go back to get it fixed. Very disapionted

I’m giving them 5 stars because of the great kindness they showed another guest. This individual was in a wheelchair and the employee helping him was patient with him, helped him to his table outside, took his food, placed his food within his reach and was just super sweet to him. She really and truly went above and beyond. The shift lead, or manager (unsure of her position), also did her best to fix any issues any customer had in a timely and quick manner. Excellent service.
