During my order the cashier was rude and unprofessional. I went to use the restroom and there was no soap in dispenser. I work in sanitation and part of my job is to maintain the restrooms in order. For being a franchise this big and a food service bathroom maintenance is a key role in safety to the public.

This place is super disgusting at 4:20 pm, The employees seem to own the place and treat you as if they were doing you a favor by force. Dirty tables, employees look like they came out of the sewers And if you are going to go through the self-service window, I recommend that you check your order before leaving that place. 90% of the time they give you the wrong or incomplete order. I've been knowing this place for decades and I never thought they would sink so low.

Sat in the drive for nearly 20 minutes get to the window and the manager reads the order to me and was wrong. How do you get 2 tacos wrong, then proceeds to give a massive attitude about it. This is why no one wants to pay for over priced bad food. Manager was unprofessional 100%.

Went to order a cup of coffee and the cashier took the order and said see you at the window. I waited behind 2 cars for 5 minutes then I’m finally up in the window to pay for my food and I wait for another 5 minutes so she can come and try to charge me $14
I asked can you repeat that and with attitude she said $14. I told her I only ordered and up of coffee and she says we are out of coffee.
Instead of offering to sell me an iced coffee or something else I get this waste of time and insult of attitude. Why did she not tell me that in the microphone when I ordered it?
She’s a heavy set woman with a tattoo on her arm.

Ordered a couple meals. We received our drinks right away and were told to park around the side. Unfortunately the space they tell you to park is in a main driving area and we got into a verbal altercation with a woman who wanted us to move. Boba in the drinks was very hard and obviously old and not fresh. Definitely ruined the rest of the meals.

For some reason they think it's okay to have a car parked out their door right where the drive through exit is to wait for an order than park them, just to get to the next person only to HOLD UP the drive through because no one can get out the since the vehicle in front that was told to wait where it blocks everyone is still pending their order. Makes no sense.

Came in for some tacos, and yes i know the price is rock bottom but man come on these tacos whete cold, the guy behind the counter looked strung out. Do better Jack.
Fantastic experience! Ceci was our server at the drive-thru and she was fantastic! Polite, helpful and nice! We had a big order around 11pm and it came out hot and fresh, in a timely manner. Ceci handed us all of our items in separate bags making it very easy to see that all the food was there, we were even given a bag of all our condiments. Keep up the great work and thank you!
Best. Boba. Vanilla. Milkshake. I've legit had one every single day for the past week or so ? honestly, it's too good. Lmao so addicting!
Plus, the sourdough jack is pretty flame, too. ?

Food is good, service sucks at 2 to 3am as it is very slow. Also lots of homeless at that time loitering. This post is from my experience at that specific time as i find myself going there only between those times. Don't know what it's like during the daytime or evenings.
