I paid for honey sriracha sauce and I didn’t receive it, I’ve messaged and called Jack in the box customer service with no response. Is this how Jack in the box treats their customers?

Food was all cold, everything was so discusting, plus they forgot one of my sandwiches. Never again jack in the box is not good anymore. One person also working alone doing drive thru and lobby…. This company need so much improvement.

This jack in the box is my favorite jack in the box it may take some time to get your food but that just means its fresh I've never waited /very/ long but my food is always so hot and fresh EVERY time

Who ever works the drive thrift at ten sucks, wouldn't take my card cause it had a chip, wouldn't swipe it or put it in manually. He's useless, and had a horrible attitude.

Very Friendly Customer Service at Drive Thru. Only complaint is the way the entry way to the drive thru is constructed, making it very difficult in the street entrance and one has to make a u-turn, behind other patrons, in their parking lot just to enter the drive thru. Not very safe or smart.
Signage or employee very misleading. Told him that I want the smash burger that is shown that I pointed to. I did not get it, I got a classic smash which is nothing like the pic. Employee had to make another, this time it was NOT a triple brioche bun, only a double, top and bottom. This place needs more training for clarification. Check your order.

Friendly staff, good food - but you've got to get it fresh! If you're doing drive-thru and you've got a long drive home or, you are ordering delivery, then Jack is probably not the best option. Buuut, if you can eat there or within a few mins of ordering, it's usually pretty awesome lol...

They literally never get your order right if you order for multiple people . Asked for sweet and sour, got this whole lecture about how many sauces we can have, given 20 HOT SAUCE AND 20 RANCH AND NONE OF THE SAUCES I ASKED FOR. This place is ridiculous. I don't think they know English. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ORDERING FOR YOUR FAMILY
