There was a young boy that was working by himself and I came in with a friend of mine and he was so angry and he seemed like he was angry that we came in and the only way I could explain it is here racism because he was judging my character by the way I looked I was being so polite and the more I was polite the more bad attitude he had I like drama juice I spent about minimum 300 bucks a month on Jamba Juice that's $3,600 a year so if I was the owner I would deem him as a liability and a lost asset and get rid of him he doesn't belong there I'll find out his name later and I'll update. I had a professional illustrate my experience and this sums it up.

We were in the area & wanted to try out their new seasonal flavors, first mistake!! Worst service ever!! They couldn't hear & kept saying....what, didn't listen & took 3 times to make 1 Pumpkin Smash smoothie?! ? It tasted horrible & they didn't care!! ZERO Customer Service & ZERO work ethic!! ? Fortunately Lake Forest has THE BEST Jamba Juice locations on El Toro & our Favorite on Portola!!

This location is disgusting, dont go to the bathrooms. There is p*** all over. The floors are dirty. The counter tops have left over food particles and powders everywhere. Not to mention dirty dishes. This place is a mess. My order tasted good, but honestly, I won't be returning again. I've been there before, but never has it been like this. Seems the ownership must have changed and is allowing this to take place. Probably won't be long before someone gets sick.

At first I stopped at Mother's Market for a juice. After 30 minutes of waiting, with only one other order of two drinks ahead of me, I got so pissed off and demanded a refund (you can read my full review on their page). I decided to drive across the other end of the shopping center to this Jamba Juice. I ordered the same type of drink. Much like Mother's Market, there was only one person on shift. I come to find out there was an order ahead of me of 10 drinks!!! I almost lost it. But I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to the person behind the bar. I was almost tempted to go back to Mother's Market and tell the person there to learn a thing or two from the Jamba Juice employee. You have my thanks for a great drink and for being extremely fast!

Whoever was working todays evening shift. The girl legitimately went to the back spat in my drink and came back mixed it up again. Never felt so uncomfortable taking mine and my sons drink as they were all talking about it as if I didn't realize it. They definitely lack professionalism and respect. Didn't make it a big deal. Took the drinks and literally threw them away in the outside trash can. Hopefully that young lady that was working the shift before close for the 17th July 2023 and the boy that was there get fired. Disgusting.

This is the only Jamba I really visit these days because I KNOW I can count on the awesome team to perfect and go above-and-beyond my special/very particular (somewhat annoying) Chunky Strawberry bowl order. I also can always count on being treated with absolute kindness, happiness, and care. It is very apparent that, unlike many takeout spots around (especially in Yorba Linda/Anaheim Hills), this is a team that enjoys works and genuinely care about the people they are serving. I'd especially like to thank Lyndsey, Maddie, and Kylie. Tonight, really went 10000 extra miles to get my order SUPERIOR and ensure accuracy. Which made my very rough week turn upside down. I cannot express enough thanks to teams and people like this who are so kind to people (especially those who can have annoying orders, like myself ....) Thank you team!!!!

Came in on an early Sunday morning for a 16 onze juice after a 5-miler. It was a bit of a challenge because in deciding what to have as they were not completely supplied from the day before and for me being so early. However, Nathalie provided excellent service in getting me the perfect veggie/juice with an epic taste!This is a great friendly place to come visit.It's a perfect place to do a grab 'n go to start the day right!Hope to see you here!
