Refreshing to go into a place and receive good customer service. I appreciate the kindness and uplifting customer service I received by a young women who works her. I wish I got her name because she deserves appreciation.

I only bought one smoothie here so I can’t speak too much about the food or a variety of things. My smoothie was tasty though. And big. I really want to bring up a horrible experience with staff though. I was trying to order with one staff member and another staff member came up beside her and interrupted asking me to move to the side as another customer came into their otherwise completely empty store. Then she started talking over the staff member I was trying to listen to in a very loud voice. I had to ask the person who was helping me to repeat herself several times. I am not hard of hearing but I literally had to tell the loud staff member that I can’t hear what the other staff member was saying. Like why not make sure your first customer is served and happy before moving on to the next? The second customer wasn’t even ready to order yet. The staff member I’m referring to was female and had a beard and moustache. So rude and non apologetic at all. I was clearly upset and frustrated but she didn’t care at all. I was looking forward to a healthy food place after indulging more than usual at Disney. Plus it’s great to get wellness ingredients like ginger and vitamin C in a busy place where sicknesses can be spread. But I will not ever go back to this place unless I know this employee is taught proper customer service.

My daughter's smoothie was contaminated with milk which she is allergic to and I made it clear when I when I ordered. I have ordered the same thing at many other locations without issues. She ended up with a swollen throat, tongue, and lips. Obviously the staff does not care enough to clean their equipment properly in between uses even when a life threatening allergy is clearly indicated. Shame on them.

We go here occasionally. The inside of this place isn't too big but it's clean. You literally have enough space to get in line, place an order, and exit. The person who took my order was nice. It's been so long since we've been to jamba that they now have new drinks. We tried the mangomorphosis. It's so cool to see the different layers of colors, and as you mix it, it changes again. It was delicious.

I've always been a fan of Jamba and was glad to see this one in downtown disney. I ordered a smooth talkin' mango SMALL with whey protein. To my surprise the base price of the SMALL drink was $12.09!! That is absurd!! The drink itself was delicious but not at the cost of so much money. I would only recommend if you are truly desperately wanting a smoothie.
Vegetarian options: Most smoothies are vegetarian and almost all can be made vegetarian with soy milk or another plant-based milk.
Sorry for the 2-star review - but our order went astray. We did not get all that we asked for and it became all too hard to get it rectified. So we had to eat 'what we got' rather than 'what we wanted'. Not a great outcome.

You know things are bad when an overpriced fruit smoothie and juicing place does not have actual fruits. Everything has fake flavors. The only real fruit they had were bananas. No fresh juices. You are better off getting the over priced pineapple wedges inside the parks or walk to the Blossom Cafe at the Westin (a block away) for fresh OJ and blended juices. Highly recommend the fresh celery and nopal juice.

Everything was awful. There’s kids working there and they knew nothing about what was in their products, told me the granola was dairy free then AFTER I bought the bowl it had been 15 minutes and they came over to me and said the granola actually contains milk. Then I got my order and it was wrong 20 minutes later! So frustrating and it was $16!
