The absolute best service here, came here on a weekday at like 6pm so I expected the staff to be overwhelmed but they handled it so well. 4 young individuals were on staff 2 girls 2 guys and I was so impressed with how they were all so diligent and worked so well. A well oiled machine and not one detail was missed. This is gonna be my go-to jersey mikes now!!

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak, waited 20 min, received a chicken cheesesteak with the driest chicken I've ever had in my entire life. And the staff was pretty rude

Only been here twice so far but the young men behind the counter seem to enjoy their jobs and work hard. Plus they make a tasty sandwich! I would recommend this location.

They were open for like a month, then shut down. failure of an owner, since i know the corporation did not put the location there. The owner not only is a failure to himself, but wasted employees time, and ultimately (and obviously) had to let them go. L owner.

Last week we ordered 2 giant subs with no jalapenos. Both had jalapenos so we called right away. They checked our order and admitted they made a mistake. Told us we'd be getting coupons for 4 subs. We've got nothing.

As one of my Yelp friend would say, Slow As F. This was for the Monster Jam Event on 01/29/207 They only serve Philly Cheese Steak at this stand. It's a two person operation here. One cooks, the other takes the order, collects the cash and wraps the sandwiches when they're done. The cook was SLOW!! He was only cooking 6 portions at a time. When clearly he could (and should) be cooking more on that flat top grill. He eventually started cooking 8 portions (could have cooked 10) The line was already long when I got there. 8 peeps ahead of me. I wasn't seeing a lot of orders being filled so I asked the cashier how long to get my order if I placed it. She said 10 min maybe 15. It sounded reasonable to me so I ordered one. (That was her first lie) I got food for wifey & my son and came back. No one got their food yet. It took 49 minutes to get my sandwich. I missed the national anthem and barely got to my sit before the show started. The Philly cheese steak was Delicious!! Or was I just starving. Lol. It was good!! What made this a one Star review was the cashier's second lie. While we were waiting, another customer came and asked us how long we had been waiting (20 min at that point) and we warned him. He placed an order for two sandwich anyways and stood by where the cook was. 20 minutes later he got his two sandwiches before all of us. When I called the cashier on it. The guy grabbed his sammys and bolted. I asked the cashier WTF, she said she got confused. I had to wait for the next batch of meats to be cooked before I got my sandwich (another 10 minutes) Terrible!! Good sandwich! Terrible service. Normally 3 stars from me. But lying (twice) gets you the bottom rung.
