Jersey Mike's Subs

I had a great experience here yesterday 12/12/25. I ordered 2 sandwiches off the app for pickup around 12:50pm. The parking lot is weird, but once I parked and went inside, it was packed! Probably like 8-10 people in line. Workers were all busy & pushing sandwiches down the line.

I thought it was going to be like 10+ minutes to get someone to check on my pickup order, but immediately as I approached the pick-up area, I was acknowledged, greeted, and asked if I was picking up an order, which I replied, and picked up my order. I was in/out of the restaurant within 60 seconds, even as busy as they were. The employee that helped me wasn't dressed like the normal employee's and holding a clipboard, so maybe he was the manager/owner/trainer, but that was the fastest experience I've had picking up an order to any Jersey Mikes location.

Both sandwiches were made perfectly, I had some substitutions/changes, and everything was followed as I requested.

We. got super shitty service from the lady that took my order. we got here with enough time before it closed and really bad from the lady that made the order I was planning to haven't ate all day and we got kicked out by the due to them being closed at nine keep in I have a newborn and it was just really disheartening to see how bad jersey Mike's has gotten back in my town their way much more organized and don't take your order with an attitude just really disappointed. I really like the sandwiches, but not at this location not this kind of service.

Roberto is hands-down the most unprofessional “manager” I’ve dealt with. It’s been 25+ days and he still couldn’t process a simple refund or honor the free sub he promised. All talk, zero follow-through. Absolute clown behavior.

Do NOT order delivery from this store. The time they tell you is 30-40 minutes — my driver didn’t get here for over an hour with an order of 1 sandwich, and they’re 10 minutes from my place. They provide an “estimated delivery time” and tracking link to make you think you’re delivery is coming but watch the time it’s supposed to get deliver get later and later. Horrible service. Fire your delivery driver.

If you're from Texas, Do NOT eat here!!! You be highly disappointed in the quality of service, food and cleanliness here. This is NOT your typical Jersey Mikes. The Bread is stale and the entire place is dirty from the tables to the floors.

I absolutely love their sandwiches. The service is great, very welcoming and positive. I just wish they had seating inside. But the seating outside is nice. Can't go wrong with a Jersey Mike's sub after a long day's work.

Jersey Mike's on Katella did a great job catering for my work event! The order was complete and ready on-time. The employees were very friendly and helped us load our cars. The catering order was very organized. I added more to my order on the morning of the pickup, and they accommodated us with no issues. Will definitely cater from here again in the future!

Smells funky, floors were dirty, looked as if they were short staff or night team didn't clean at all for the past couple of days

You forgot my bacon! I literally paid extra for that, And it was my first time ever trying jersey Mike's.

We think Jersey Mike's serves very fresh sandwiches.

Every time I come here I see the same issue:

Breads are not covered and if you see them they are inside a rack all to the floor ! it makes them contaminate with the air because of the walking of the people that come in and work there, and they don't have no oven to heat up the bread on top of that! so I am eating dry cold hard bread!...
The vegetables and toppings section is always messed up, and cross contaminated with the other vegetables and spices, tomato looks soggy and old, onions mixed up with the pepper! and plus no lid so its getting airborne contaminated,
Please people, owner, think in the security of the people that are eating those cold sandwiches! They cant be heated , the vegetables cant be heated so please its a risk of getting bacterias! And it's very disgusting that the layout you have for the veggies makes it a mess and they don't maintain it clean either!

This is the second time coming here and very rude. Ordering a sandwich and taking So long to make it and having 2 coworkers doing who knows what and other two at the front and who’s doing the grill. No one.. by the employee making the sandwich putting the mayo it’s mixing with the hot peppers and lettuce.. very disgusting and not very professional. Not even a clean the area and very hard hearing like they don’t wanna do there job..

I will not be returning there found hairs in my daughter sandwich . I was disappointed in my sandwich bread was hard and not tasty. I called and told what happened but I was not going to drive back again . Check your sandwich for hair
