I always order on the app ahead of time. The app tells when it would be ready. They NEVER have it ready at the time estimated. Today, I walked in after the estimated time they didn’t even start making the second sandwich until I got there. And they mad the hot sandwich first. I literally order two sandwiches and there was no one inside, maybe one other online order and three workers. Always slow and many times they’ve made orders wrong. Fingers crossed this one is at least correct.

The last few nights I have been coming here for dinners and it has been amazing. Fresh food, customisable and hot subs. The staff are accommodating and very personable (which I haven’t seen much in LA). They were also accommodating when there was something wrong with a relatives order. Also giving me a free drink on a long wait (which is awesome because I never see that back home). It’s small things that really do add up to their excellent service! The restaurant was clean and it had an awesome culture! Definitely rate this place!

I love the #7 Turkeys and Provolone sandwich, that’s my go to sandwich. I ordered for pick up. The store is always clean and the service is always great!

I love that they cut their own meat and cheese. This was my first time eating here but hopefully not my last.

Terrible picking up orders here, really, the staff is always annoying, the food is good, it's just that they take too long, the place is not so clean and the worst thing is, the staff either answer badly or they don't even care for you, I hope it improves.

Ordered a #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak - Regular and sandwich was well made and tasted great as expected from JM.Keep up the good work and I will order again when in need of a tasty hot sandwich.

Clean sandwich shop with excellent quality meats and breads. We ordered sandwiches through the app with special instructions and all sandwiches were perfect! Close to Disneyland, we brought the sandwiches inside with us.

Jersey Mike's is the greatest. I recommend the Italian sandwich . I think it's like number 11 or 13 don't quote me on it. Try adding the avocado. I think it makes the sandwich a bit more filling. And lastly if you like the sandwich soggy, like my gf , then ask for extra oil and vinegar.

Placed an online catering order. I realized the day of that I needed it hours sooner than requested. Called the store. They were so nice. Started on my order immediately and I got it within an hour. Over 55 boxes!!! I am so grateful for their amazing customer service. Every sandwich was perfect.

I was in the jersey mikes at a different locations. I made an online order at the location on 111 katella the GM refused to refund my order and said that it was “ for personal reasons “ I had to pay 50 dollars for 2 sandwiches. Then they tried to tell me I needed to drive to their location because they made the sandwiches which was a lie because I called the store as soon as I realized I made the mistake. Then Mitchell said there is nothing he can do until the owner comes to the store. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I asked when was the owner coming to the store. He said he doesn’t know. So how in the world will I get my money back if you don’t even know when the owner is even coming to the store. I am 7 months pregnant, high risk, and wasn’t feeling well. Now I’m being told that I have to drive all the way to a different location when the manager at the location I was at said that yes you can refund an order and that they do it all the time. I had no engery to dive to a different location and ended buying the sandwiches at the location I was at, which is absolutely ridiculous. The worst service I ever had. I need the corporate office number because making people drive to a different location when all you have to do is press a button to cancel is stupid.
