Do NOT go to this Jersey Mike location on La Palma and Imperial. I cannot even tell you how horrible this location is. And the manager hides behind the girl at the counter. They do not honor their gift cards. Then don’t sell them.

I’ve given this Jersey Mikes location multiple chances. Today is that day i have to leave a review so others don’t waste their time on this establishment.

We enter at opening and order our sandwhiches at the counter, everything is fine, packaged and we go to pay and they proceed to tell us their system is down. Why wouldn’t she tell us that at the beginning? So now I’m sitting at the register with others and no solution was given. I asked to leave cash and even then the answer was, “my manager is trying to get it up”. In the meantime we are on the way to the beach and waiting 15 min, with no solution given. The worst part is you could have honored the 3 people this happened to and just give us the sandwhiches for free and close the doors, instead we just sat there as nothing happened for almost 20 minutes and then we had no choice but to leave and on top of that are going to waste the food. Zero critical thinking or solution offered. Will not come back to this location.

I’m just posting this so whoever made the delivery to my house won’t get blamed for eating the customers’ food or something. I found this bag of food sitting in front of my house today. I didn’t order and no one has come back to pick it up. It’s too late to call the store and so it will go to waste.

Great staff.. very nice and efficient. The sandwich was fine.. prices about 10% higher than the Togo's across the street but everything was freshly sliced. The bread didn't seem as fresh as some other Jersey Mike's. Overall experience was very

This location stands out because customer service here is consistently excellent. Very friendly staff and clean store. Sandwiches are always fresh & tasty. Way better than other sandwich chains.

The worst experience I have ever had at Jersey Mikes , I ordered a kids meal with peppered ham and the girl right away said I don't think u can get peppered ham she still went about preparing my sandwich , mind you when I get kids meals from Jersey mikes they all location allow me to switch out the cookie for chips , and I had came 2 time before to this location and no said I could not switch out , well this time they gave me trouble about it and said we can't do that ,I said I never had issues and they always honored the switch, so I said that's fine give me corporates phone number and Angel the supervisor said no we can't give any numbers out but I will take your number n the manager will call you, I gave my number and so everyone is just watching and they finally decided to take my payment and they said they could not take my 50 dollar bill so I became defensive like what's the problem like if they didn't want to give not only horrible service but no service at all with what I had, I told them to shove the sandwich . I am a working american citizen who pays taxes and also fighting cancer and i get this . I don't recommend to eat at this location poor service if you get any at all, staff was all bad the girl there was rude and she didn't want to check me out In the 1st so then Angel was going to and he didn't want my cash.

Gone twice here and messed up twice.Ordered chipotle chicken with lettuce and tomato. Get home. No lettuce and tomato.Go back another day. Get home. Ordered chipotle chicken. The guy even wrote it down. Get home and receive a steak sandwich.Please take your time. You guys aren’t even busy. ??‍♂️

I stopped in today for a great sandwich, which I always get from Jersey Mike's. But not today. While the clerk made my sandwich, I asked for extra lettuce, please. He put on slightly less then a "normal" amount you would get at any other Jersey Mike's. I politely asked for extra, saying "I like a lot of lettuce." He looked up and put just a pinch more on - almost none. Again, I said may I please get some extra lettuce. He looked at me in an unfriendly way and put just a very small pinch more on. Geesh, $11 for a sandwich and he wont put on a little extra lettuce? Next, I said very clearly and distinctly, "oregano and pepper please, NO SALT. I'm on a low salt diet and always say NO SALT everywhere I go. Guess what, he puts salt on instead of pepper. OK, mistakes happen. But when I said, "darn, I asked for no salt," he quickly and rudely said, "no you didn't - you said salt and no pepper." Even though I have said no salt for the last 15 years, perhaps I made a mistake (I am 99.9999% sure I did not), but even if I did, he did not have to be rude about it. Again, I'm a pretty understanding person if he made a mistake, not a big deal. But to be so rude about it was just unacceptable.

They make really good sandwiches, the bread is lighter then other sandwich places.

Best jersey mikes around. Everytime i come here i get great customer service. The tall brunette young lady who helped me tonight was great. This place has the best employees.
