The employees are super friendly and they always get my order correct. The worst experience I have ever had at Jersey Mikes , I ordered a kids meal with peppered ham and the girl right away said I don't think u can get peppered ham she still went about preparing my sandwich , mind you when I get kids meals from Jersey mikes they all location allow me to switch out the cookie for chips , and I had came 2 time before to this location and no said I could not switch out , well this time they gave me trouble about it and said we can't do that ,I said I never had issues and they always honored the switch, so I said that's fine give me corporates phone number and Angel the supervisor said no we can't give any numbers out but I will take your number n the manager will call you, I gave my number and so everyone is just watching and they finally decided to take my payment and they said they could not take my 50 dollar bill so I became defensive like what's the problem like if they didn't want to give not only horrible service but no service at all with what I had, I told them to shove the sandwich . I am a working american citizen who pays taxes and also fighting cancer and i get this . I don't recommend to eat at this location poor service if you get any at all, staff was all bad the girl there was rude and she didn't want to check me out In the 1st so then Angel was going to and he didn't want my cash.Dietary restrictions: Can't eat cookies due to diabetes and cancer

Gone twice here and messed up twice.Ordered chipotle chicken with lettuce and tomato. Get home. No lettuce and tomato.Go back another day. Get home. Ordered chipotle chicken. The guy even wrote it down. Get home and receive a steak sandwich.Please take your time. You guys aren’t even busy. ??♂️

GO TO ANY OTHER MIKES THEN THIS ONEOrdered Italian Reg.Cashier asked if I wanted Mike's way. I said no.Wanted mayo, relish on side. No pickels or peppers. Rude cashier told me next time order Mike's way. She had a very bad attitude. She didn't give me my change or reciept. I just stood there like where is my change. She just continued to stare with bad attitude.Called to complain to Manager Christian who did nothing but lie and make excussess for her. Christian said the cashier went outside to give me change and reciept. This a lie because I'm sitting here writing this review looking at front door now. Looks like this cashier has Christian wrapped around his finger. Will find owners name and let him know just how bad his employees are.
Stopped by here for an afternoon bite with my girlfriend and brother on a hot Southern California day. To our unpleasant surprise, the air conditioning was not on, and the interior of the store was scorching hot. Felt like I was eating my sandwich in the middle of death Valley. I even overheard one of the employees behind the counter complaining to her coworker about the temperature, while fanning her face with her limp hand back-and-forth.Not sure if the AC unit was busted or if the owner is just a cheapskate that will not run the air, forcing the innocent patrons and employees to suffer. Great franchise chain, but this is a terrible location. Jersey Mikes? More like...Jersey YIKES!! Stay away on a hot day!!

I stopped in today for a great sandwich, which I always get from Jersey Mike's. But not today. While the clerk made my sandwich, I asked for extra lettuce, please. He put on slightly less then a "normal" amount you would get at any other Jersey Mike's. I politely asked for extra, saying "I like a lot of lettuce." He looked up and put just a pinch more on - almost none. Again, I said may I please get some extra lettuce. He looked at me in an unfriendly way and put just a very small pinch more on. Geesh, $11 for a sandwich and he wont put on a little extra lettuce? Next, I said very clearly and distinctly, "oregano and pepper please, NO SALT. I'm on a low salt diet and always say NO SALT everywhere I go. Guess what, he puts salt on instead of pepper. OK, mistakes happen. But when I said, "darn, I asked for no salt," he quickly and rudely said, "no you didn't - you said salt and no pepper." Even though I have said no salt for the last 15 years, perhaps I made a mistake (I am 99.9999% sure I did not), but even if I did, he did not have to be rude about it. Again, I'm a pretty understanding person if he made a mistake, not a big deal. But to be so rude about it was just unacceptable.

I am fuming. Me and my son went here for lunch yesterday. We asked for our sandwiches "Mike's Way," And when we received them, they were BONE DRY! Dryer than the Sahara Desert. Dryer than my third marriage (LOL). I am extremely dissatisfied and I know, FOR A FACT, Mike would be so disappointed. Please do better.

Went to this Jersey Mike's after a movie around 6:55 pm. We noticed the lettuce was already brown so we asked if they could put fresh lettuce. The answer was kind of rude and she said it's the same lettuce apparently in the back also. So of course we left how amazing that this place had only old lettuce. We love Jersey Mike's but not this one. No one else was there so maybe that was why.
