I used to love this place because it was my go-to spot for work lunch, and I came here at least 4 times a week. The lunch time servers all knew me as a regular.
But my last experience was so disappointing. That night The restaurant was very cold, and I asked several times for a warmer, the servers just joked that I was the only one cold and never helped. Then my friend and I went to the restroom while our food and bags were still at the table, and when we came back, everything was gone. They cleaned the table . We still had food left and were planning to order dessert.
When we asked about it, the server treated us like we had tried to leave without paying. They brought my bag back, but my friend’s bag was missing for about 10 minutes they kept saying there was no bag. After they found the bag, no one, not even the manager, apologized. They treated us very dry bad and unwelcome.
Honestly, all of the servers need professional training because they never make guests feel welcome. It has been 2 months and I still have not gone back because of how humiliating that experience was even though I loved this place!

Amazing and exceptional Team led by professional leader with high quality of customer service “Yasmeen”. Not many people have the skills set to manage the services for such huddles and maintains a high quality with a smile like what she is doing. You are lucky to have her. Seriously. I work in similar field and can recognize how great job she is doing there. Even with some customers not proper attitude. Great job Yasmeena!!!!.

I highly recommend this place. The food is delicious. Niebal is very welcoming and extremely helpful and was attentive to us.
We had dinner with six people and loved every bite — chicken, kabobs, tabouli, dips, and tea were all fantastic. The team was welcoming and even played music we requested. Hookah is served inside, which might not suit everyone, but the overall vibe was fun and relaxed. We’ll come back for sure!

We had a great experience at Kababji in Anaheim. The food was excellent! everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The meats were especially juicy and tender, easily some of the best we’ve had in the area. The service was outstanding too the staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to bring anything we needed without us even having to ask twice. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice welcoming vibe. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.
