I'm used to the English version of kfc which seems to have a much nicer taste, and yet if you go here please try the Chicken Little its a no frills crispy chicken and mayo on.a bun its delicious 😋

Never answers the phone!!... I had an urgent matter, called them a couple times after the 3rd call they put the phone on call mode and it rang busy for the rest of the day. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Chicken breast kind of hard and not too hot. Seen a couple of dirty tables but the interior was pretty clean other than that. Friendly cashier and no wait time.

I went to KFC for my lunch break 9:01 pm . I chose it because no one was inside or in the drive thru...I ordered something simple, the chicken sandwich combo. Thinking it would be quick...instead the person that took my order asked me to pull to the side and wait for my order. I waited 10-15 min and I ended up going inside and they hadn't got started on my order . The drive thru guy was by himself doing everything while the supervisor or lady in all black was in the back chatting and prepping to close. I asked for a refund due to my lunch already being over . Whoever the lead is that shift is very bad . Being close to disneyland you would think they would train or hire better leads to guide their employees.

How is this place still open. The supervisor is rude and will probably always work in fast food. The food is terrible. They don’t give out anything to eat your food with. No napkins to wipe your mouth. They clearly have no common sense.

The food was disgusting 🤢 over seasoned had too much salt and too much pepper. It was gross, couldn't even finish eating, I had to throw away one chicken tender and the potatoes were stale, old, rotten. I ordered the number 5 and it said it came with 4 tenders they only gave me 3. I didn't get the small mash potatoes. The biscuit was slightly old but still edible. I was choking down the 2 over seasoned chicken strips the tables were dirty and there was a chunk of someones hair on the seat. There were flies, flying around where the fountain drinks were. Obviously something wasn't clean or smelled rotten enough to bring flies around. The ketchup was stuck together by what I hoped was honey. This place is disgusting there was a giant poop 💩 right outside of this place. It seemed like the staff was overly friendly with each other and couldn't careless for the customers. Horrible service, I was surprised they even had any customers. This KFC needs to be closed. I paid $12 to get sick 🤢 off of this disgusting food. And I clearly stated it was for me to eat it in the restaurant, but still gave it to me to go. These people don't want customers.
