There were only 2 people behind the counter making meals and the drive-through and front register at 7pm the food took a long time to be served, there were customers from the drive through in the lobby cause they got charged the for the wrong order and the food was cold when it showed up.

They also never give out utensils you have to ask for it yourself . Went to this KFC with family. Ordered 2 burgers and 3 of them SPICY burgers combos, they gave us all of them regular burgers, I claimed it with the cashier and she said to talk to the manager. I told the manager what I ordered and showed him the receipt. The manager told me that they only put a bit of spicy on the burgers, which is not true, and worse, she started to yell at me when I was talking to her. First time I've seen an idiot manager in a fast food restaurant. Of course, I will never go back to this place.
They didn't allow me to use the Restroom to wash my hands. Supposedly its out of order, by city law it should be available for customers.

I have been visiting this location for years and I always get fast and accurate service. I also always get iced tea, which is kept behind the counter, so I have to go ask to get it refilled several times during my visit. At most fast food restaurants I get ignored when I go to the counter for a refill or for sauce, napkins, or whatever, but this location always acknowledges the customer right away.

The food is horrible, the original chicken tasted so bad that I had to peel the skin off the chicken in order to remove the flavor of the chicken pieces. The batter tasted like raw flour.The Drive Thru is a joke. I had to get out of the car to order, because the lady Juana would not let me talk. I was not the only one having this problem with her the guy infront of me had to order inside the restaurant because she would not let us talk.The Restaurant had a very visible flaw on the ceiling because it was dripping something from the ceiling and it was not even raining, the air conditioner was not working I guess because it was hotter inside than outside..Would not be coming here anymore, and I would suggest you do the same.There is better places nearby.
