The food was terrible and was not fresh at all, The chicken skin was extremely stale and the meat was cold and really dry, the restroom was not flushing and the toilet was full of waste. And not to mention, I'm always getting attitude every time I order here literally every time the first time I was like okay maybe that person is having a bad day but no. It's literally every time with different employees. Even when asking for condiments they're always rolling their eyes and look so bothered Straight Up. 3rd time being very disappointed eating here I just had to say something. Such a terrible atmosphere, service with attitude and very poor food quality, And to be honest I've never had this kind of experience at any other restaurant.

How do you charge for condiment sauces when buying an order.

Extremely disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The staff displayed poor customer service and lacked basic courtesy. Additionally, the food did not appear clean or appetizing. I won’t be returning. (January 1st 9:45pm)

Came about 3 weeks ago through the drive through and the girl who took my order forgot more than half my order . I didn’t notice until I was already home I called and a guy answered and said he couldn’t do anything about it so I asked to speak to the manager and she said I would get credit for the items i was missing . I came back today 12/13/2024 and the lady in the front said she didn’t have any credit under my name . I feel this is ridiculous due to they are not giving me anything for free because I paid for the food and didn’t receive it. So now I here ordered and payed full price but this time it definitely will be the last

I ordered a 12 piece strips only, no sides. My order total cost $31.00. The strips were so small and cold. The meat was tough in some places and the customer service was very rude. I won’t be going back and be sure to let everyone I know, know how bad it was. What a waste of money. SHAME KFC!!!!

Service was great and staff is friendly but your second exit door on North side of bldg is locked even to anyone trying to leave the bldg which is illegal and a hazard in case of a fire or other emergency.

Have to pay extra for dipping sauce, $20 for a bucket of chicken that had hair on it. Rude employee. Not coming back!

I was shocked by the quality and taste, especially since I’ve tried the same food in the Middle East, specifically in Dubai, Kuwait, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain. I thought the original would be better here, but the surprising truth is that the quality in the Middle East is far superior. The comparison makes you feel like it's not even the same brand. Firstly, the seasoning and spices in the Middle East are much better. I usually don’t enjoy eating the skin, but there the seasoning and crispy texture make you truly enjoy it and even crave more. Here, the chicken has a noticeable off-taste, along with an overpowering smell of oil. The coleslaw salad was dry and felt like it was just chopped cabbage without any additives. The service here wasn’t good; the tables weren’t clean and still had food remnants on them. The price is relatively high compared to the quality. They really need to review everything because the competition is strong, and customers have already started switching to other fried chicken restaurants.
