It's a shame that so many are shutting down. But I like kfc so much that I drove 25 minutes to get some chicken. Finger lickin' good.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received on July 28th.
I came in to order popcorn chicken, and at no point did the associate inform me that popcorn chicken was no longer on the menu. Instead, she took my order without confirming it or repeating it back to me. I later discovered that I had been given two chicken pot pies—an item I did not ask for.
After driving all the way home and realizing the error, I had to return to the restaurant, which was incredibly frustrating. When I explained the issue, the manager on duty, Araceli, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She insisted that the associate had repeated the order twice and even claimed I was given a receipt—neither of which was true. Rather than apologizing or correcting the issue, she made false accusations and refused to offer a refund or any resolution.
I found her behavior completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled makes all the difference. In this case, I was treated disrespectfully and left without a proper resolution after being given the wrong order.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to address both the customer service training of the staff and the conduct of Manager Araceli.

Went and order food from here customer service was rude at the window and my wife sandwich was not fully cooked chicken was pink inside just terrible never eating here again.

One of the workers don’t remember her name was so rude disrespectful and didn’t want to give a refund was accusing of us touching the chicken and walking out when it wasn’t true worst place to go

I went to order food for workers at a fireworks stand. No one even addressed anyone standing at the counters. Finally, someone pointed out a kiosk two different people in line including myself went to the two kiosks to order. It did not print out a receipt for me so I asked one of the workers who said she would get me one. 15 minutes went by and my order wasn't up, 20 minutes went by and my order wasn't up.... I went to the counter and they said they were busy but I had noticed that all kinds of food was going through the drive-thru window but nothing was coming to customers in the store. When I placed the order and asked for my receipt, I had asked if plates and utensils were available and was told yes to let them know that I got my food. And my food finally came almost a half hour. After ordering I asked about it and was told we don't have plates or forks.. REALLY????? I asked what they serve their food on to people that eat and suddenly they were able to come up with utensil packets and these little paper trays that we could use as plates. I had bought a 16-piece chicken meal and asked for so many plates and utensils. They had only given me a few plates so when I asked for more I was told there were no more. Again, REALLY??? I once again asked for a copy of the receipt and they told me I got it. When I ordered on the kiosk. I pointed to the person who told me she would print one out for me and told them that I never got a receipt. When the lady acknowledged that she had told me she would get me one it took about 3 to 4 minutes and she was finally able to come up with a receipt for me. I have never had an experience like that at any other KFC and I will certainly NEVER go back to that location or recommend it to anyone! I went at about 3:00 in the afternoon so there was no lunch rush or dinner rush.

Ordered from their app about 11:00pm and headed there when I got the update to pick up my food.. got there about 11:25 and dining room was closed.. went to the drive thru as the app said to do.. told the girl at the ordering menu that I ordered on the app, the app said it was ready and gave her my name she told me to go to the window.. then I spent another 15 minutes in line only to be told my order was not ready and it would be another 30 minutes.. I didn't get my food until 10 minutes after they closed at midnight.. by the time I got back home with the food everyone that was supposed to pitch in had found something else to satisfy their hunger.. so I got stuck with $62-something worth of kfc going bad in my fridge because I can only eat it so many meals consecutively before it gets to the point where I probably won't visit kfc for another 6 months or more..

I ordered the $10 Tuesday special at this KFC location, which clearly advertises 8 pieces of chicken. I used the kiosk inside the restaurant to place my order, but when I received my food, there were only 6 pieces. I politely brought this up to the manager, Araceli, and asked if they could honor what was advertised. Instead of resolving the issue, all I got was a dismissive, “That’s your order.”
There was no attempt to make it right, and the rest of the staff seemed just as unbothered by the situation. The customer service here was unprofessional and unhelpful. If a promotion is being advertised, it should be honored especially when customers are using your own in-store kiosks.

The food was terrible and was not fresh at all, The chicken skin was extremely stale and the meat was cold and really dry, the restroom was not flushing and the toilet was full of waste. And not to mention, I'm always getting attitude every time I order here literally every time the first time I was like okay maybe that person is having a bad day but no. It's literally every time with different employees. Even when asking for condiments they're always rolling their eyes and look so bothered Straight Up. 3rd time being very disappointed eating here I just had to say something. Such a terrible atmosphere, service with attitude and very poor food quality, And to be honest I've never had this kind of experience at any other restaurant.

How do you charge for condiment sauces when buying an order.
Extremely disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The staff displayed poor customer service and lacked basic courtesy. Additionally, the food did not appear clean or appetizing. I won’t be returning. (January 1st 9:45pm)
