I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. Sandwich, fries, and medium drink. Cost was $14 and change. Most definitely satisfying. Recommend trying it.

2/9/2025 Came in here yesterday, 2/9 with my daughter to have lunch. KFC is one of her favorite places to go as she loves chicken. We ordered the family meal with an 8 piece bucket, 2 sides, biscuits, and additionally, an 8 piece chicken tenders. Customer service was great, tables and dining area were clean and ready for use. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Food was phenomenal, as always. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is our second attempt at this particular location and for the second time the staff was so slow and our food wasn't ready when it said it was on the app. Nothing but kids playing around inside and out in the parking lot instead of working on our order which should have been ready when we went to drive through but instead was told to stay outside for another 15 minutes. When I went inside to ask about it I was instantly yelled at to get out of the building because the lobby was closed. we finally got our food the Nuggets were way overcooked the biscuits were dry and stale.

Has happened at least 3 times that food is missing. The first two times, I thought it was a fluke and this time had a family meal along with 5 pc tender. Only to have what I thought was the tenders, be the biscuits with the family meal. Even had me wait because some of the sides needed to be prepped... they had extra time to make sure the order was correct. Ridiculous.

I tried to give this place another try. I can't do it. I placed an order, went to pick it up only for them to tell me I had the wrong kfc, and that they didn't have my order and I didn't place an order with them, even after I showed them the receipt from my phone and the app. They still refused my food to me. This is a lawsuit times a million. Thank you guys for this one. Crappy man. This is how you guys treat people. Basically stealing their food and money. Man that was food for my son to eat. And now o don't have any extra money to feed my child. Nope this is going to the courts. I'm done.
