The location is in a busy area. But it was a great experience. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The awesome vintage looking signs wher amusing and informative anot KFC history. The fountain drinks are well worth it.

The service workers are so rude. I did a mobile order and it lets me order many side sauces to my meal. After I purchase it, I go to the drive thru and she gives me one sauce and says I don't get more. I simply asked that the app allowed me and I'm willing to pay more for the extra sauces since the app didn't inform me, and she yells at me saying one sauce per meal. I kept telling her I will pay more but she just ignores me. Then I gave her my card, she yells "what is this for?"... I said for the extra sauces. Then she takes my card and I didn't even know how much she charged me and threw a couple sauces back at me. So confusing. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Used the app first time ordered. App stated time order was ready. Arrived 2 minutes later than estimate and discovered they stated oder was " still in production. Took additional 5 minutes to finish simple order at the d4ive thru. No condiments or napkins had to ask for both. Also no receipt.Would NOT suggest this location. And to top it all off...the food was cold by time I arrived home. Live 2 minutes from this location. Bad service all around from personnel at this location.

My daughter wanted KFC, so I went to this 1 because it is closest to my house. I went through Drive thru since that is usually the fastest method. I got to the speaker to order and was waiting a couple minutes before getting acknowledged, I mean there was no body in the drive thru or inside for that matter. When they finally answered they were laughing, I brushed that off. I proceeded to order the chicken tenders with mac and cheese with a sierra mist(IDK the new name) and the same for me but a dr pepper. The cashier got the order wrong (3) times and was laughing. They didn't give me the total and asked me to go to the window. I drove up and they were still laughing, not sure what was so funny. They tried to repeat the order again, but for the (4)th time it was still wrong. Let's just say I wont be going back there, even if they change the people or train them better.
