I love kimi's! This is my go-to breakfast place. My family & friends love it. Everyone is very sweet & talks to you like they've known you for years. The food is ALWAYS amazingly yummy. The waffles ?the omelettes?everything is good. They have outdoor seating if you have a doggy or something. Now when they get busy yes, food does take a tad longer to arrive, usually they're short staffed, so just be patient with the ladies. The food has become a little pricey before the pandemic, but good is that way for all of us. 10/10 for me

Was there after church today. They seemed a little understaffed. We had to wait in a line for someone to come out and take names for the waitlist. Staff was cordial. I had the pattiy melt. The rye bread was good but the onions were undercooked and lacked flavor. The meat needed seasoning. The cook on the French fries was inconsistent. Their prices have gone way up and the food was not worth what we paid for it. Probably won't go back.

We had breakfast today at this property Anaheim hills. Unfortunately the kitchen was not hitting on all points. My pancakes were tasteless rubbery and different sizes. My eggs were undercooked and served with burnt bacon not a good day!

I had been there a month or so ago and really enjoyed the eggs Benedict. I took 3 friends and was disappointed because each of our eggs Benedict dishes were less than expected. The eggs were almost hard boiled and the sauce was thick for 3 different plates. Different cook? I don't know. I just know the service was pretty good, but the waitress never asked if we were ok with our food. My guests and I were very involved in catching up, but we should have sent back those plates, especially for the price!
Had breakfast there today and while the food was good (avocado and poached egg on English muffin). I was disappointed in the service. My friend and I were not asked about a coffee refill or even checked on us during the meal. I asked about switching the potato side for something else. Fruit was one of the choices so I selected it. Found a $2.25 charge for the fruit on my bill. I wasn't told there would be an extra charge. Generally disinterested in the customer. That with the high prices confirms I won't be eating there again.

I've been here three or four different times within the year and I realize that the service here isn't that great. The environment you'll be walking into is very cute but you'd probably have to wait almost 20 minutes to get a waiter to take your order while the girlies get to laugh and have a amazing time which isn't the problem. The problem is when your customer hasn't been served or given a menu yet. I believe the food is great thank you to the cooks here but if you don't care about sitting time and an possible attitude from your server, this is the place for you.

I wI was there and waiting for table but no one even tried to help or make any eye contact. The staff seemed completely disinterested in assisting customers. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I have been here twice now, and enjoyed the meal both times.I recommend this spot, as long as you don't go the same time I do.It's a somewhat small cafe, so there may be a wait. But it's worth the wait.
