Got the hot vietnamese black coffee with half and half. It was pretty good. Standard coffee shop. Better than Starbucks. I walked a mile to check this place out. Not sure I'd walk a mile to visit again.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to get around and hang out comfortably

I often come for their Vietnamese coffee but this time was the last one. Since when a medium size coffee cost $6.99 and especially when the display price is $4.20? I was told the prices were updated this month. Looks like a scam now.

The Vietnamese style coffee is strong and it has a good taste. They place is beautiful and it makes me want to go to Vietnam for coffee.

Worst ice cream I've ever had. I made the mistake of ordering an affogato with vanilla ice cream but the ice cream was so gritty and tasted awful like the wooden stick in the middle of a Popsicle or an ice cream bar. Then I got to this weird lump in the middle that wasn't even cold and had the texture of maybe frosting? It was a jaring experience and I tossed it in the nearest trash can. The espresso was decent though. I'm glad they didn't pour it on top of the ice cream so at least I was able to enjoy it separately. I also got a chocolate muffin that was a 2 out of 5. Stick to the coffee.

Never heard of King Coffee in my life, but after perusing the huge store/cafe, I figured out it's a Vietnamese coffee shop. I met friend's here before a concert because they wanted a quick bite to eat and they got a sandwich or I think it was a banh mi. There's a restroom inside and I'm happy to report it's clean. I did order a small Vietnamese coffee and it tasted pretty standard to the other chains I've been to. The vibe in here is empty, cold and not conducive for sitting around and studying or doing work from, I would suggest Starbucks upstairs for that. This is more of a stop-in, get your coffee or beans and go. They have no shortage of coffee beans or products, however if you're not familiar with Vietnamese coffee, I'd say the effects are similar to coke, in that you're super alert, focused and have a lot of energy after consuming the smallest cup of coffee. If you're in the area and need strong coffee, King's the place to go.

#### Act I: The Prologue - The Queen Behind the Faux-KingLadies and gentlemen, gather around for the rise and fall of a coffee empire! King Coffee, that stalwart castle of caffeinated sadness, deserves a stage, and that stage will be this review. Don't worry, there won't be a pop quiz afterward, but if there were, the answers would all be "wrong choice." The shop is owned by the ex-wife of Trung Nguyen, that infamous czar of underwhelming coffee chains. If they were competing in the Olympics of unimpressive coffee, they'd both get participation trophies.#### Act II: The Setting - Welcome to the (Underwhelming) JungleYou walk into King Coffee, guided by the aroma of what you assume is coffee but is more like the scent of a "coffee-scented" candle from a bargain bin. The walls are adorned with art that screams "I'm a coffee shop, please believe me!" The interior tries so hard to blend rustic, modern, and vintage that it ends up looking like an identity crisis in decor form.#### Act III: The First Sip - The Plot Doesn't ThickenAh, the first sip. The drumroll starts, your taste buds are on the edge of their seats, and then... they fall off that edge into a pit of disillusionment. The coffee has two dominant notes: disappointment and more disappointment. It's like opening a mystery novel and finding out it's a dictionary. The suspense is killed faster than you can say "refund, please."#### Act IV: The Ambiance - A Theater of the AbsurdIf King Coffee were a film genre, it would be a mockumentary. It aspires to be a haven for coffee lovers but turns out to be a comedy club for your palate. The tables wobble like a novice actor on stage, and the chairs emit a squeaky drama that competes with the lackluster playlist of ambient music that I'm pretty sure includes a kazoo solo.#### Act V: Customer Service - The Supporting CastLet's not forget the baristas. They look as thrilled to be there as a cat forced into a bath. Their performance, though not Oscar-worthy, is consistent--consistently apathetic. You could ask for a cup of joe and end up with a cup of "oh, no." It's as though they trained at the Royal Academy of Mediocrity.#### Act VI: The Plot Twist That Never WasJust when you think there could be some redemption, maybe a free biscuit or a smile, you get neither. Not even a cliffhanger, folks. This tale ends not with a bang but with a sigh. It's like watching a detective show where they don't solve the crime, and you're just stuck there wondering why you invested your time.#### Act VII: The Verdict - A Curtain Call Nobody Asked ForKing Coffee earns its royal title in the same way a toddler becomes king of the sandbox--through sheer audacity. The only throne this place deserves is one made of porcelain and located in a bathroom. If you need a cup of coffee and King Coffee is your only option, my condolences. Your taste buds are about to enter a state of mourning.#### Act VIII: The Epilogue - Better Choices AwaitWe draw our tragicomic tale to a close with a standing ovation of relief that it's over. Trust me, better coffee shops are just a stone's throw away. You won't need a treasure map or an enchanted key to find them; your intuition and disdain for poor coffee will guide you.If you ever find yourself craving an experience that combines comedy, tragedy, and regrettable choices, King Coffee awaits you with open arms and a tepid pot of liquid sadness. Until then, may your cups runneth over with better options.

Vietnamese Iced Coffee was good, Iced egg coffee was a bit too sweet for us but still acceptable. Nice and chill view since there is not much customer on Friday afternoon. The asian cashier who helped us with our drinks was okay, she's didn't have any weird attitude. We enjoyed the coffee and chatting for almost 40 mins until my friend went to the restroom. One guy working in the back tried to stop him, checked from head to toe, and asked if he was the customer with a very rude attitude. My asian friend was wearing his casual outfit with long sleeve shirt, chino shorts, and his Yeezy boost 700. Overall, it is a clean and nice outfit, nothing special, nothing messy or dirty. There were only 4 tables that had customers at the time we're there until we left. If he didn't notice that we were sitting there the whole time, he could just ask nicely if my friend had ordered something in order to access their restroom, or at least showed some friendly attitude when asking. Instead, he treated my friend like a homeless man trying to steal or use a restroom for free. Even when my friend told him that our table was few feet away, the guy still not believed and gave an unfriendly face. My friend was very upset, but he didn't want to waste his time with that type of behavior. We are easygoing and usually treat the server or any employees very nicely with big tips cause we know customer service is not an easy job. May be if he knew we had business connections with the brand, he would never treat my friend like that. Even if we don't, we are still expecting professional service from King coffee as a normal customer. I hope they will improve and give proper training on how to approach customers, or the store won't attract returning customers in the long run.

Looked great, service was wonderful. However, the coffee was a bit too sweet for me. I got the mocha frozen coffee and it was a quick sugar overload. If I go back I will avoid that item. The coffee was slightly underwhelming in taste. Compared to the restaurant (huckleberry) upstairs whose coffee is superior I kind of regret buying the mocha down at King coffee.

Located in the garden walk. Good Vietnamese coffee. Menu not fully available. I drank the coffee with egg topping. Tastes like black coffee with tiramisu topping on top. Service is like Starbucks. Informative staff. Great for 6+ groups looking for coffee.

Kings Coffee USA was a great experience. The customer service was great. I ordered a hot mocha coffee. The coffee itself was good and couldn't complain. The establishment itself is clean and well lit. From what I saw the place was well organized and welcoming. If I am in the area I will be coming back again and trying a different drink. Out of stars this establishment earned a 5 out of 5 stars from me. Keep up the great work!

Honestly the best Vietnamese coffee I've ever had!!!!! Everywhere I go now I compare their coffee to King Coffee.. I would recommend this spot for sure. The only reason why I rated it 4 stars was due to their customer service. The staff didn't greet us when we walked in which wasn't a big deal but we were standing up at the cashier waiting for kind of a long time. No one bothered to tell us they would be right with us the two girls just kept doing other things. Other than that I can't complain.
