Love this place. The hubs and I usually share the BBQ combo plate. It's plenty of food and so tasty. Outside of the spam items (because I don't like it no matter how it's cooked) I enjoy all their food.

The Katsu sauce is way more sugary than before and it’s shame to see the Shrinking of the plates, BBQ mix plate used to be way larger then it was. smaller and prices higher. Shrinkflation at its finest.

We ordered the regular plates and got minis instead, they edned uo giving us 3 scoops 2 of rice and 1 of the mac salad, scoops were less than what they originally were.

Drove here from 15 minutes away because I was calling at 8:20 all the way to 8:30 and I couldn't get anybody to answer so I took the chance of driving down. I got here at 8: 37 and the lady tells me I cannot put an order and I said I've been trying to call for the last 20 minutes and you guys don't answer so I took the chance of driving down here . She will not serve me says only phone orders but I've been trying they don't answer. You can tell they just are trying to go home . Not happy at all.

It is the typical L&L franchise with the bland Mac salad you get at all the other locations around. The food is pre cooked put in a pan and when you order it is thrown on the grill to warm up, because of that the chicken is stringy, the beef and short ribs is dry and chewy.. it is ok if your in a hurry and want some “hawaiian” bbq.. there are other hawaiian bbq places around like Ono bbq.
