The Service was great the place is an upscale ice cream place and more with many great goodies and treats from Mexico various ice cream flavors more than 31 for sure water based flavors if you’re looking for dairy free and of course seasonal fruit bowls and delicious Aguas Fresca to help quench your thirst for the upcoming seasons of beautiful Spring and Summer days in California. 🌻I will definitely return 😋🌻
EVERYTIME I come they never have mini pancakes nor crepes. Its seems like they are just lazy to make them, staff always gives attitude.
I was cravings esquites, and I came to get one!!I paid $8.61 for 1 esquite I do feel like they overpriced the esquite in my opinion. Okay esquite , small portion and very little cheese.

Why the girls are so rude and entitled like they paying for our stuff I went to eat ice cream and some yogurt with my girls and we become sick 3 of us bananas on my daughter's yogurt were old the elote i ordered poorly prepared and the girl making faces so I see they don't employee old woman only good looking girls who makes faces and think we don't speak English they need more nicely people who leaves problems on their homes and not judging girls who thinks they own the store

The snows ok, but what's the deal with their music? There are children and corrido music lying down and talking about moritas and drugs and butts (but explicitly)??? Respect for the client? If the employees like this music, listen to it, I have no need.

Excellent service, the employees are very friendly to customers, they have very good quality in their products and a lot of cleanliness in the place.
Very horrible, both the service and the tables, all dirty and I also asked for a lollipop that was made for me by Squimal and the woman who served me said that it didn't have the flavor I wanted and if I wanted Squimal I would have to grab one of the ones that were already made, otherwise They are going to sell what you want so they have them on display and the woman is very rude.
The service is horrendous, if you ask what else they offer they tell you to look in the menu, the screens that show the menu only show two options and when you inform them that their screens do not serve they tell you in a few words that they don't care.
The names of their products cannot even be read. Visited 7/18/24 7pm

I went there and I asked if I could get a fresh green juice.. this was around 4pm and the girl behind the counter said no sorry it is late I can't make you one because the machine has bleach it.. why the heck are your employees using bleach to clean. A juicer??? Also she was rude for no reason.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order online for pick up because when my sister and I typically go to LA Michoacanas as white Latinas who don't speak Spanish, but understand most of it; we get treated with bad faces and attitude. Today was one of those experiences, even though I tried spending little time there by ordering online. Natalia G. was on the receipt as our cashier tonight 2/4/2024. She gave us attitude as soon as we tried to order two more scoops of ice cream (since I didn't see my flavor online) and I let her know I placed an order online. I gave her my name and she asked what I ordered. I let her know my order, part of it was a medium esquite and then I was charged $3 extra for an x-large esquite. Natalia stated she only had one size of corn and couldn't return our money, so we asked for a small cup of the esquite to compensate for the extra money spent she kept arguing with us she only had one size, and then eventually she finally gave us a smaller size than the one we got, so why did she say she only had one size? But we went home with two containers of different sizes. Then I asked her for a lid and she refused stating she didn't have a lid for it (it was pouring rain outside). We checked to see if the lid from the other cup fits and it did. She gave us rude faces the whole time, talked with an absolutely terrible tone and then refused us helps. Was this not a racist situation? Or is Natalia just rude??? Either way she needs to learn customer service, or just get fired for the sake of the company. No one needs to be rude to people trying to feed their family. I shop at your store so you get paid to feed your family. We are ALL equal. Why did Natalia have to be so rude? And why is it we are always treated and greeted with bad facial features when we come in to a La Michoacana; because we are light skinned? We are Latina, but that shouldn't matter. EVERYONE ON THIS PLANET IS THE SAME. PLEASEEE be kind to people and treat them like you'd like to be treated, Natalia.

Simply delicious ? but it is always saturated, they take years to ship, especially in this place, they are very slow and apart from being very expensive in Paris, otherwise it is good, they need good training in moving hands, favorites sorbet of ? eggnog and vanilla popsicles, strawberries with nachod cream
