Delicious experience with more options than the regular La Michoacana stores (hence, the premium).The location feels/smells very clean. There was music playing but not too loud. There are plenty of employees to get through the line quickly.Everything we had was really good.Pricing is comparable to sizing.Random note: The ice cubes were really big. If you ask for "a lot" of ice, you get less drink.

It is the worst paleteria in Michoacán that I have visited, they do not have prices, nor a menu, nor are they good people to serve and everything is very expensive, I will never return.
Was looking for another big chain ice cream store when my kids and I found this one. What luck! Wonderful ice cream and great flavors. My daughter says it is the best ice cream store she has ever been to. The staff were friendly and helpful. Must go again! Vegan options too.

No pos que bien atiende la mujercita i rather buy all the ingredients and make it at home then come again. I was friendly and she still gave me attitude for no reason.
