I love the atmosphere and had a great experience when I ate here last November but my family and I went last Wednesday and our server was uninterested and rude, and I got extremely ill with food poisoning on Thursday early morning. It seems like it's very hit or miss...

This is a really neat restaurant to walk through and catch all the Pixar details. Staff have always been friendly.I have just always been underwhelmed by the food. The drinks are good though.Dietary restrictions: My sister with celiacs disease has tried a few of their gluten free option and has been pleased with her meals. Disney is always great at accommodating dietary restrictions.

Great place to eat just hard to get reservations. But you can do walk in list the moment they open which is typically at 2:15 pm. So start making line around 1:45 pm to make sure you get on the list. Party of 4 and under easier to get in quicker, 5 and over will take longer specially with kids. Just

Two hours. My food was good. Plate was real hot from sitting under a heat lamp. Party of seven and everyone strongly disliked their food. I had the pork chop. Do better Disney.

March 20, 2024 6:30 pm reservation, seated downstairs. We had terrible service. The server did not check on us once in an hour. We later received our meals but we're not given any silverware and I had to flag down a host (?) to get some for our table. AFTER we received our dinner the server came out to tell us that our drinks (we ordered before dinner) would be out soon. At that point we would have just rather not had them. She didn't care about our table AT ALL until it was time for the check. This place was awful and the food was about what you'd get from Red Robin. The only positives about the service was the man who brought out our food was very nice and the hostess outside who you first check in with was very nice. Everything else about this experience was disappointing.

The lobster nachos weren't amazing like how everyone raves about them.We had 5 people, 5 entrees, 2 had issues with them. One was a kid's meal that was supposed to be an allergy meal. The pasta that we ordered had a metal wire from a scrubber. We flagged a waitress and told her, she said she'd tell our waiter. Our waiter comes back with another pasta, but the pasta had goldfish on it, which is the part of the meal that has the allergen. He must not have realized this because he left it then he came back to ask if the first one had goldfish. He eventually returned with a third bowl of pasta.Another one of our entrees had a hair on it. I'm not sure how they cook things here but whenever our waiter came back with the replacement, it was very fast, so fast I'm not sure if they remade the dishes or if they just picked things out.Our waiter never really apologized or acknowledged the mistake other than taking off the charge for one of our meals, which was nice, although it was two things that were messed up.Food was just ok.

The Lamplight Lounge at Disneyland California Adventure stands out as a unique destination with its full bar, offering a refreshing array of adult beverages not commonly found within the park. Our visit encompassed both brunch and dinner experiences. Brunch was a true highlight, featuring a delightful array of dishes that left a lasting impression. However, the dinner offerings fell short in comparison, with a somewhat limited selection. It's important to note that reservations are typically necessary, although spontaneous walk-ins may find luck on occasion.Lamplight Lounge remains a convenient choice for guests seeking a relaxed dining experience accompanied by a well-crafted cocktail while exploring Disneyland California Adventure.

My husband and I are annual pass holders and come here all the time. We have never had an issue with customer service. I have never singled a server out on my reviews because I know how hard this work can be..but tonight we were served by Omar. He rarely came by to check on anything. My food arrived cold (not just lukewarm) and Dylan who was just making his rounds cleaning up was kind enough to stop and help us so he truly deserves some recognition for the kindness and quickness of resolving this issue. I would understand if they are just busy, but my husband and I could see the bar area and saw our server, Omar, talking to someone else on the staff and just standing around. He came by to bring other people right next to us things, but never stopped by us till much later. Dylan got my drink order in promptly and when Omar brought it, he never once acknowledge Dylan helping us. Otherwise, lamplight has a wonderful view and decorations, the food is decent ( I wouldn’t say the best in the park, but still fairly good,) and usually there is staff that go above and beyond. We would’ve spoken to a supervisor but one of the people our waiter was standing around speaking to we are pretty much certain was one of them. I hate to go the route of leaving a review, and single people out, but this is by far one of the worst dining services we’ve ever gotten at Disney. Maybe he is new to the staff, but that should’ve been communicated to us and we would’ve been more understanding. Our reservation was at 630 and we didn’t leave until a little after 8. Once again I’d like to say thank you Dylan. The main reason for this review is to shout this employee. You were so helpful and kind even when you were busy cleaning everything up!

I went on 3/12/24 for my boyfriends birthday we'd been trying to get reservations for months and got lucky on a walk in. The drinks were very good I tried their Abstract thoughts. We went to try their famous lobster nachos and we also ordered a salmon blt. Sadly it just wasn't worth the hype or the price (2 drinks, lobster nachos and salmon blt $95) . Our order took like 45 mins to get it and when we did it was cold. I'm not talking lukewarm no it was cold you could see it in the cheese. We would've said something, but our server came by once to drop off the drinks and then to return my card after I gave it to someone else because he never stopped by :/ I was pretty disappointed, but the ambiance of the place itself was nice. We sat outdoors and it was a nice clear day the view of the pier was nice as well.

We split the lobster nachos which were very good! It was the perfect amount of food for two people to split for lunch. We were some of the first people to get seated and the service was very quick!

Had a little mix up with the app on my part but the hostesses were amazing and helped us get a table, a couple next to us recommended the curry roasted cauliflower even tho I was skeptical this dish is amazing.
