Went in for a sandwich and a coffee and they charged me more than what the menus said. When I questioned it he told me those were old rates and haven't had time to change the menu bird. First and last time at that location for me.

This place is so shady! I’ve been to at least 10 different Lee’s locations and I’ll never come back to this one. I ordered 2 iced coffees and in each one they put 3 huge ice blocks. We couldn’t even put our straws in. There was about 20% coffee and 80% ice. I’m not exaggerating. When I complained, they blended up some ice and used that instead. Then she said the ice machine wasn’t working right, obviously a lie. Also this place is CASH ONLY so you know it’s not an honest business. Pay your taxes!! I added a photo of my receipt so you can see for yourself. The price of the coffee should be $3.30 each, then tax added separately

Walked in and was greeted by silence. Walked up to the counter and there was a employee playing with her phone and completely ignored us as we walked up. I said hi and not even a reply she just kept playing with her phone. Didn’t even bother to order and me and my partner decided to just leave and get some pho at pho 94.

I asked for less ice, and they warned me they put less coffee. But this is horrible, they only put 6 oz in their medium for $4. I went in and asked if they can fill with more coffee and they refused and said that's how they do it. This is not less ice when the entire cup is full... not good customer service and is deceiving.

Place is horrible not sure if they are understaffed but definitely not worth coming back , they didn't have Lrg cups for the ice coffee, they charged me a large received a small and the server says "we ran out of large cups" definitely not worth it

Food is always good, but horrible experience trying to place my order with the cashier. She kept asking for me to repeat my order. Forget about customizing your order as well. I went in July 24, 2023 and asked for 3 pork sandwiches, all with extra pickled veggies and only one with jalapeños. Didn't get a receipt because I assumed it was a simple order. When I received my order, I took the sandwiches home and opened them. Two of them came With the veggies and jalapeños. The last one only had the meat and jalapeños. so of course, I was disappointed on how they can get a simple order and mess it up this badly. I would have understood if it was busy at the time, but it was only myself and another customer ahead of me.

paid $6 for a durian smoothie with no taste. tasted just like a colored blended cup of ice.
While this place has a new owner and the contents of the banh mi has noticeably more, it's bread is still the worst. I suggest the owners try the baguette they serve and they will understand. I will avoid again this place for some time.

This is the OG location... this Lee's tastes better than other Lee's. Been here ever since I can remember which I had my first Lee's sandwich 20 yrs ago. Sandwich used to be like $3 back then at Lee's.

This Lee's sandwich tastes better than other locations. It's one of the original location from what I remember from 20 years ago I think. People who complain about this place expects Michelin Star treatment here- which is so funny. This is just a place for sandwich on the go for workers/students/families etc ... To me, if the sandwich is good at a sandwich selling store than it's a good sandwich store.What else can you ask for?Seriously this is the best tasting Lee's among other Lee's to me

Do NOT go here unless you want to get SCAMMED!!I am a big fan of Lee’s sandwiches and coffee so this incident was a huge disappointment and shock to me.When we walked in, there was a noticeable smell to the place, but I tried not to mind it too much. When we came up to the counter, we were ignored until we asked if they were taking orders. We were dismissed rudely and told to wait, although many people were standing around unoccupied. Once we were able to order (one regular size ice coffee and a large ice coffee) and the drinks arrived, the lids were not properly secured so it spilled on me.I brushed it off and moved on from the unpleasant interaction until a few days later I noticed the charge on my credit card. They charged me $92.97 FOR ONLY TWO COFFEES! When I had ordered, they had said that receipt machine wasn’t working that day so I could not provide the credit card company evidence to dispute the charge either. How convenient for them! Please do not go to this location and experience the same thing I did!
