I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent visit . From the moment I stepped in, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing any kind of decent customer service. The food was even worse. It was clear that no effort was put into the preparation of the meal. I would strongly advise anyone considering this restaurant to think twice. It’s a complete waste of time and money.

I usually come here and haven’t had any issue. Today I came and Lam Tram was incredibly rude, was annoyed we ordered a fountain drink and she rolled her eyes and told us “we have to get canned soda if we wanted soda” her tone was very blunt and rude. No thank you no explanation of the sandwiches were she just glared at us. It’s okay to have a bad day but there’s no need to be rude.
