No sauces for your pizza rude service pizza wasn't up to quality very dry and flat like they used yesterday's dough or something its nice to have franchises in lesser neighborhoods but they still should be as good as their other stores I gave it two stars cause its hard to work when the quilty is not up to par

I don't know why you offer pretzel crust pizza if you can't be bothered to make a proper one. Every time I have gotten one at this location it has been mediocre at best. I have had pretzel crust from other locations and they were very good. I ordered three pizzas on Halloween came and picked them up through the pizza portal. My pizzas were ready in a timely manner and the convenience of the pizza portal is nice as the restaurant was as busy to be expected on Halloween. Because it was busy and there is nowhere to set the boxes down, I was not able to check to see if my pizza's came out okay. I trusted that they did and went home. Shame on me for trusting this location when this wasn't the first, second or even the third time I ordered pretzel crust pizza and didn't get one or got something that slightly resembles pretzel crust. This was not only plain crust with so little salt that it looked like someone put a few grains between their fingers and flicked it on the pizza and the pepperoni placement was done by an employee who appeared to be blindfolded. Was this supposed to be a joke? Did your employees think this was funny? Or do you have zero standards? If I had gotten an email saying that the pizza did not turn out properly and they were going to remake it and I would have had to wait a little bit longer, I would have waited. But instead I got an email saying my pizza was ready so I picked it up and I took it home and opened the box to find I did not get what I paid for. The other two pizzas were fine. I have no complaints about them with the exception of the fact that none of our pizzas were cut completely and I had to re-cut them but from now on I will just go to the other location on Glassell when I want pretzel crust. I did send an email with the picture and got no response. Clearly you do not care and neither do your employees

This place is always crowded like most of the franchises, and I've not ever been disappointed at this particular one. But maybe they should call this homeless pizza because you should order an extra pie to help the hungry people hanging around the 5 star atmosphere created here
