I ordered a special stuffed crust detroit pizza and showed up when the app said my pizza was ready...well my pizza was gone!!! I let the crew know what was up and they jumped on it to get a new pizza for me!! They were awesome and professional!! I got a new fresh pizza in 10 minutes even though they were SOOOOOOOOO BUSY!! They even have me a gift!! Thank you!!!

I ordered a stuffed crust detroit pizza last night and went to pick it up when the app said it was ready and when i got there my pizza was gone! They told me someone else took it. I was sad. They immediately got a new one going and busted it out in only 10 minutes!! They gave me a tasty little gift and sent me on my way! I was impressed at how professional they all were and considering they were getting absolutely slammed they were awesome!
Sick of this location not having items I have ordered & paid for online like 2lt Pepsi or ranch. The lady told me today that Buffalo ranch is the same as ranch. Are you kidding me why would they call it two different names if it was the same you idiot. The worst thing was I never got the email saying order was done so I looked online & notice it was done 10mins before estimated time. When I showed up my pizza was not in the to Go boxes or in the heaters behind the counter. My pizza was sitting out on a cart for the last 20mins going cold.

I go here often. And they often get 1st pizza wrong. So I have to wait . Now total 40 minutes. To get a pizza . Staff don't communicate with each other. Nice enough shop. Cleanish. Nice friendly staff. Cheap n cheerful

I decided to give this location a decent rating because I regret not choosing this location tonight like I usually do. I decided to try the location on ball road tonight and I was disappointed. This location is pretty consistent even though it can get a little busy.
