Okay, I had to change my review. Although the kids working tonight—August 2, 2025, between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM—were nice, one of them, a boy who took my order, gave me a reason to speak up. After placing my order, I came back in to pick it up and noticed him standing in the back, where customers can see, on his phone. He had it lying on the boxes where the food goes—knowing full well that phones touch all kinds of unsanitary surfaces outside of work.

He then touched a bottle of what I assume is oil or butter—something they use above the area where they box the pizzas—and added it to my order. He packed the food right after handling his phone, without wearing gloves. He probably touched his face at some point too. Does he wash his hands after touching the trash? Does this location use gloves at all?

When I mentioned this to the girl who handed me my order, she said she had told him multiple times not to do that. Is he hard of hearing, or does he just not care?

I don’t want him to lose his job or have his possible mini-livelihood ruined—he seemed really young. But he needs to be retrained or at the very least told not to do this in full view of customers who are about to eat the food he handles. And if nothing else, he should be wearing clean gloves after touching his phone.

I mean, he is at work.
He shouldn’t have his phone on him at all, period. Either the management isn’t being firm enough, or his parents failed to teach him responsibility.

I wasn’t going to ask for a refund or make a scene, but this needs to be addressed—or I won’t hesitate to warn others not to visit this location.
Sorry.

Got a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. First of all the pepperoni looks old and when we opened the box there was one slice missing already. (Pictures shows that there’s two slices missing but that’s because my child had take one already). We did not notice until we got home that one slice was missing. To me the pizza did not look appetizing and old. Does not make since we got the pizza around 11am which means the store had barely opened unless it’s an old pizza from the day before just reheated?

A lot of drug addicts, homeless, and alcoholics here. The cement near the store is so dirty that it's almost black. You are stepping on trash just to go inside the store. If you are a woman, dont go by yourself. it's kind of dangerous

Parking: Its hard to pull out of this parking lot.

I didn’t like the girl that was there on a Thursday morning after 11:00am she seemed careless and didn’t say hello or anything like what’s her problem. Like girl leave your problems at home ok. So I just ended up leaving after there was no breadsticks after they been over for an hour by then. And there was no customers inside the restaurant at all whatsoever how can you run out of breadsticks????? Terrible service with that girl!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas, crazy bread and a 2 liter online. The pizzas were so soggy and greasy so I called to ask to refund me for the 2 pizzas. I sat on hold for 32 minutes before I finally hung up. Have screenshot to prove it. Called back, explained what happened. The woman said hold for a minute. She set the phone down instead of putting me on hold. I could here a man's voice, with an attitude say" she got her pizzas and now she wants a refund an hour later." It took me 25 minutes to get home as I bought it near an appointment my grandson had and not near where I live. Then I sat on hold for 32 minutes. Then a man got on the phone and said "we can't just refund just the pizzas, they would have to refund the whole order". So I said please do that then, after leaving me on hold for so long. He said "ok, let me figure this out" came back to the phone 10 minutes later and told me that they can't refund the pizzas unless I drive all the wY back to show them the pizza. I said I could send a picture, you can clearly see how greasy it is. Nope. Nothing they can do. I'm so mad. Between being on hold and and calling back,I spent almost 50 minutes on the phone with them. We literally ate 1 piece each and our stomachs are churning from the greasy, soggy, gross pizza. I dont recommend this location. I'm been eating Little Ceasars for 40 years and have never gotten a nasty pizza like this before. Bad pizza and bad customer service!!!

*11-01-24* These kids really need some help in the back. we ordered an extra pepperoni pizza and these jokesters left us this weak pizza :,( send them help, please. They are struggling down on Brookhurst and Lincoln location. </3 it's
not the first time either. I guess im the fool in the end for giving it another try.

Parking: There's parking.. considering that LC is the only store open on that shopping center.. perhaps you'll have valet option with the homeless that take shelter there.

I was extremely disappointed. I felt a though there was one employee, but the appearance while laying out my bread sticks was underwhelming and the sticks were given to me completely HOLLOW inside, which was a complete waste of the Adirondack cost

Little Caesars is almost always my first choice for pizza. I find it quite tasty. Only others that compare are Costco pizza and Fratelino's in Brea. The founder of this fine establishment paid Rosa Park's rent until she passed and even relocated her when her neighborhood because too unsafe. Not only did Mike Illich make great pizza that is still affordable but he was a lovely human. This particular location is in a seedy part of town and the staff... Well, they're kids. One day they'll understand the value of serving others.
