Our group was two couples. First time visitors based on a review in the OC Register. We chose inside and a regular table. We arrived right at 5 and the sun glare was a little string, but tolerable. Our table and experience was great, but now that we have visited the restaurant, I would suggest outside seating. It turned out to be a nice evening with good temperatures and no wind. We really enjoyed Top of the V! Order the Goddess salad, it is perfect for sharing! If you order the shrimp appetizer then you definitely have to get the bread as it is soft and flaky! My wife ordered the sea bass which was crispy and delicious. I ordered the picanha steak and it was amazing. The only suggestion I would give is the carrots were hard and not flavorful at all. Also the did a food action on our entrees, which for fine dining should never happen.
