I don’t know what to say, it was just a disappointment from beginning to end.
First of all, had to wait over 20 minutes for showing up on time to my reservation. Then, when I got my gnocchi with spicy vodka sauce, which the pasta and the sauce are favorites of mine, i’m not kidding when I say it was the worst textured gnocchi and worst flavored vodka sauce that I ever had. Drinks here suck, they’re overpriced and they short you on alcohol. I miss the days when this was a tucked away hidden dining spot that wasn’t “exclusive”. Another park experience ruined by the management of recent years. Food options are sad and minimal.

Don’t waste your money here. Mediocre food and spot. So many better places to get food. This is not it

Being very honest:
The experience is highly desirable and then I read the reviews. People talk cool, I need to find out firsthand.
Food: adult food hit. Fork cut pork, picture perfect. Polenta I had for the first time it was quite tasty, unique. Broccolini cooked and crunchy. The two beers Sam Adam’s Winter Fest & Vespa Red wow I am going to try and find those at BevMo.
Now the kids burger… the only thing I can say is perhaps they end up, throwing away a lot of hamburgers and so they reduced the size of the hamburger to that of a slice of an orange. And oddly enough, the hamburger did not come with french fries nor did they even have french fries. I think Disney should create a magical french fry for this meal. Some kind of french fry that is amazingly healthy and looks just like a classic french fry but taste 1 billion times better…
The imagineers and staff were very cordial. I think they were just as confused about the orange slices and yogurt that came with the hamburger as I was but they happily play it off lol
The atmosphere is really nice and because it’s been really foggy, it looked really cool up there the view! The only thing that would have brought it to life, maybe just random characters walking around periodically… like characters you never see Steamboat Willie Mickey (b&w version) etc
We did also opt in for the World of Color show. We arrived at the last seating for dinner so it was a little tight getting down to our seats. Fortunately they packaged up my dessert! Granted, I did not eat the dessert until I came home, but it was still really good, but that’s why it’s on its side inside of a box. Totally worth it!
Note for Disney: after this dining experience, came home and we played Fortnite.

Absolutely horrible experience, hair in our food and one of our people has a nut allergy. Waitress named Maricela ruined our whole experience here. My first time here and our first stop. Hopefully this gets better..

New to the Magic key ownership, so i wanted to try the Magic Key Terrace since the only way to get in is to own one.
Billing: My wife and I were both key holders, but they only asked for mine when getting the receipt. So only my meal got the discount? Umm, that's a lost of $20+ in discount... It's more expensive here than other food stalls because they 'suggest' for tips too.
Service: Great, very welcoming. Super nice. No complaints.
Cocktail: Is this the only place to get cocktails? If you like sweet cocktails, then you'll like these. Bit on the expensive side for what you get. But if this is the only place for cocktails, might be the place for you.
Food: Limited options. I wasn't a fan. For the prize, and overall food. Its clearly well made food, but flavors was ok at best? Not worth going IMHO.
Location: Great views. Clearly focused on atmosphere than food.

So we tried the new menu here today (hadn’t been here since about a year ago), Strike One: Had to wait 15 minutes after on-time reservation check-in and they weren’t busy. Strike 2: Every seat at our 4 top table had significant food stains and, in 2 cases, had actual dried food crusted on them. Strike 3: Ordered a glass of Nebiolo Wine and a Club Soda with Lime for my wife. Wine was quite good (so they got a 2nd star from me for that) but no Limes for her soda came for my wife. Strike 4: Appetizers were both delivered at exact same time as both entrees. I absolutely hate how they ruin my entree and let it get nasty and cold while I have my appetizer. Strike 5: Fonduta appetizer came with very stale bread, old hard Chozio that was too inedible and some potato’s that were ok. I didn’t eat anything else we ordered because the appetizer turned my stomach and my entree was beyond cold by then. This restaurant is supposed to be something good for annual pass holders but it was really bad and could never survive outside the Disney captured guest scenario.

Criminally under staffed. Kitchen is completely hit or miss as other reviews have already covered.
Negroni arrived sans Campari and Vermouth. Corrected after 20m wait.
In conclusion If long waits, high prices, broken sauces and under/over cooked food are your jam, this is the place!!
For the rest of y'all. Just don't go.

The Baseline: For a sit down Dining experience establishment the food flavors must represent the theme of the environment, there must be unique offerings to the restaurant based on the theme, and the experience must be immersive to the theme park experience.
Food: Great meal at DCA! For starters the Fonduta was meat/bread/potatoes with a gooey cheese mix that was awesome to start out the meal. Along with my Millionaire’s Manhattan (cinnamon boozey joy of a drink) it made for a great start. The Panzanella salad was a great fresh add to the meal as my family ate family style off the plate. Following this was the Oslo Buco with a tender fall off the shank pork over a creamy bed of polenta made for a delisious dish. The Bucatini Alle Vongole was a great pasta dish with well steamed clams (not my favorite but it was still good). Overall this new menu is “Top Notch, Top Mouse”!
Service: Disney Cast members providing the best service. Evelyn was a great waitress and she got a Cast Compliment from me (use the app for the cast members)!
Ambiance: This is the Magic Key Holders Disney Private club (the poor Disney-ite’s Club 33). It has a very Tuscan feel to the terrace and if you have a Magic Key this is worth the dining experience.

purchased the dinner and light show package at Disneyland for my daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately, we left very disappointed with the dining experience. The tomato basil soup tasted like watered down tomatoes with no flavor at all & there was no ricotta, no pesto, and even stringy bits of celery in it. It wasn’t edible, and while the waitress kindly replaced it with a salad, it was still a letdown.
The main entrée was even worse. The shrimp was so overcooked and burnt that we couldn’t peel it properly—the skin shredded off in tiny pieces. We left the restaurant still hungry, which was especially upsetting given the price of the package.
For such a special occasion, and with the cost of dining at Disney, I expected much better. Sadly, the only highlight of the evening was the light show itself.

The food was Soso for the price. We had the fonduta and that was very good 10/10. Also ordered the bucatini alle volgole and it was awful. The calms were beyond small, bland tasting noodles 0/10. Not worth the price. Avalon cooler drink was very yummy. 10/10. Overall. The view wasn’t that great, and food was just ok, small portions. I wouldn’t go again for food just drinks. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Wheelchair access since my significant other was in a wheelchair. The money we spent isn’t worth the restaurant my opinion.

Staff were approachable and pleasant.
Honestly probably the worst place in the park for gluten free food.
I’ve been so impressed with all the gluten free options in Disney until we came here.
My daughter had a slider and yogurt. Her yogurt was warm and her bread was super burnt she could hardly bite into it and I just got a mediocre salad. It was pricey and not great. 😡
We had the fonduta- it wasn’t melted. Then we selected the Gnocchi and salad. The salad was drenched in dressing. If you want to try it, ask for the dressing on the side.
