Worth the trip for conchas. So, so, so yummy, fresh, light, not too sweet and fluffy inside, with the right amount of sweet craquelin topping. Choice of yellow (vanilla I think, but my favorite), white (vanilla) and brown (chocolate). Their bakery is open and looks extra clean (I love a clean kitchen). If Flakey airy light crumbs are what you looking for in puff pastry … you should come try theirs ! I came early in the morning to buy some pastries since my first time they ran out of some items in the afternoon. I was fortunate enough to get the fresh baked one from the oven, their guava jam filling was still warm. How did I not know about this place?! Their conchas are literally the softest I have ever had. I thought maybe I got lucky and they were fresh out of the oven or something, but I have come back multiple times and they are amazing every time. I have also been trying something new each time and so far everything has been fantastic. This place is now my go to panaderia.
