Crappy service, workers here are rude and don't know how to take orders. I asked for a large water cup with my order and they said they can't do that unless I order it on the side so I order it on the side and they charge me for a water bottle with my meal. I pull up to the window and see the guy didn't add one of the fries I ordered so when I asked the lady to charge me for the fries I originally asked for, with her snobby attitude she said I had to park if I want to order anything more. I explained I could just give her my card and she could charge me but she refused. Mind you there was no cars behind me. On top of her attitude they still didn't even give me the water I PAID FOR! Ridiculous how they're making $20 an hour and still can't get a simple order correct and have the crappiest attitude.

This location does fine as long as you don't have to be sent to the side to wait. Every time they tell me to park in a stall to wait for my drive-thru order, I wait 10 minutes and then my food is cold when it gets out there. And sometimes you need to ask if they have the salsa for the burritos before you order the burritos. Other than that, it's your run-of-the-mill McDonald's

Unfortunately, it’s the only McDonald’s close to home. Can never get there orders right. Always missing something with driver thru orders. Customer service is beyond poor. Easy for them to say go back for your missing item.

I got food poisoning back in 2022, from the Bacon McDouble food was good but food poisoning isn't.
So this place is near Disneyland and a bit hidden, signs are not easily visible and limited entrance. It wasn’t crowded at 12 noon on a Saturday afternoon. The drive thru menu screen is bright and clear for reading. We just ordered the 2 cheeseburgers and fries meal that came with a drink. The fries didn’t even come full but tasted okay and still hot. The drink lid is so flimsy that once I tried to place it in the car cup holder it popped off and spilled in my car. Unfortunately the staff wasn’t very welcoming and seemed to just go through the motions. They didn’t greet much, eye contact was at initial exchange but nothing after that just a quick window close. This meal cost about $12.00 and most likely won’t return to this location.

Was told to drive over to the side to wait for our frappe. 10 MINUTES PASSED and we're still waiting... backed up to the window and they forgot we were waiting. Frappe was just sitting there. Also lots of strange homeless wandering the parking lot. Lady with a bandaged eye throwing cups in parking lot.
