Rude staff, the burgers are great tho... Also if you order fries then get the small because they don't fill the cup at all, they serve little servings because they don't like making more fries.

This place is filthy and to be honest I don't understand why there's many people who comes to eat here , there's a play area but it's worse tables are so dirty and floor omg 🙀, when you get inside to order stinks like dirty socks . Go somewhere else trust me is the filthiest place ever .

I came here for a DoorDash pickup and had a very bad experience. They have two separate lanes — one for drive-thru and one for lobby pickup — but even though the drive-thru wasn’t busy, I still had to wait 35 minutes just for a small order with two burgers.
One staff member came and asked for the customer name, but nothing happened for 20–25 minutes. Then another person came again and asked the same question, and I still had to wait another 10 minutes. It felt like they were intentionally delaying all DoorDash orders.
This really affects drivers and customers. If the manager is reading this, please take this seriously and improve the pickup process.

Lost our ticket orders, we had two parties who ordered and due to them not knowing where our tickets were they took our receipts instead after the 4 to 5th time asking because we had more than one order. Each time we asked they did not give us answers, it took 50 minutes while we watched new people get their orders after placing them. The cleaning person was nice though. Rushing and pushing orders to clear the screens and skipping orders, we could have gone to a sit down resturante for as long as we had to wait for our forgotten orders.
